After Lauren woke up she and Bethany examined Patience's new incisors. They were in shock, "how did this happen?" Bethany asked "Well" she said thinking back to her day "I was working and a really good looking guy came in for the dentist to fix a chipped tooth. I told him about what was going to happen and I gave him the laughing gas. After the doctor finished I went in and started fixing him and he bit me" Patience thought about what she just told her friends "You don't think?!" she exclaimed. Bethany and Lauren nodded, Patience sighed "my first day on the job and I'm already hating it. My life sucks" "and apparently so do you" Bethany muttered Patience growled and got up Lauren jumped between them and smiled, secretly she was tired of them always at each others throats and her having to break it up, she grew slight bags under her eyes but hid them with concealer. "Technically Patience" she pointed out "You're now a "living dead" person you aren't exactly alive or dead" she reminded her. Patience slumped into a armchair. Lauren dropped her arms and comforted her. "Get some sleep" Patience said sternly "I'm getting my mortality back." She marched into her room and placed Hendrix in the living room, marching back and closing the door. Lauren and Bethany stared at each other and then Hendrix, "Doesn't she know she can't get her mortality back?" Bethany asked pointing at the bedroom door, Lauren shrugged She was only human unlike her friends. Bethany fell back into the couch as Lauren crossed over to Patience's recliner. She sighed deeply, "Dracula's spawn is going to drive us crazy."

The girls woke up and drove to the office Patience worked at. Lauren parked the car, and Patience said "I pray that Sylvia isn't here" Sylvia was Patience's co-worker, she was bossy, rude, selfish, spiteful, and heartless. Patience walked in and saw Sylvia wasn't at her desk, she quickly walked into the doctor's office and looked at the files of people she, herself dealt with. She looked at her last patient, "Nethanel Kynaston" she pulled his file and looked over his address, "Coastwald, huh?" She clicked her tongue and tsked "Lets see what your up to" she turned around and walked out of the office closing the door behind her. She stopped when she saw Sylvia at her desk, her red hair in a tight bun and black glasses on her face, she wore a deep shade of red lip stick and a purple suit and black flat toe heels. She tried to sneak past. But failed nontheless. "What are you doing here?" She seethed "I needed to get something" Patience said. Her green met Patience's brown ones. "I have somewhere to be" Patience informed her. she walked out the door.
