Zufwa Magic Academy [COMPLETED]

The Autumn Festival

Angel was in her room all day, trying to get rid of the symbol on her arm. She tried her hardest but she couldn't. It was attached to her arm, leaving zero marks out. Phe opened the door and approached to Angel's room. She saw a lot of potion bottle glass everywhere, empty and spilled. She saw Angel scratching it. Phe ran up to her and held her hand.
"This will make it worse! Stop!" Phe yelled.
"I want this off!" Angel stopped, looking at the ground.
"You know, I was just like you when I first got this. It might be telling us something, but we just have to face it." Phe said. "Being scared of this won't change anything. It'll cause more problems or even worse! You just have to accept it, Angel, otherwise you'll make it more difficult." Phe turned around and approached the door. "If you're ready, we could go to the Autumn Festival." Phe closed the door and went to her room.
Later, she saw a dress laying in her drawer. She got it out and tried it on. It was purple, filled with many designs on it. She didn't want to wear the jewelries, so she ignored them. She saw Angel walking out of her room, wearing a pink dress. She turned around to Phe. "I'm ready." She said with a smile.
The two walked out of their dorm and went to the courtyard where the Festival was held up. There were so many lights glowing in the background. Zach, Sean and Xino were waiting near a water fountain, on their phones. Angel giggled and shush Phe. "Watch this." She whispered, loudly. Angel teleported herself in front of the boys and scared them half to death. "BOO!" The boys screamed except for Zach. He was wearing his headphones. Phe took them off of him and smiled at him. He smiled back.
"Did you get her to smile again?" He asked.
"Yes. I think I mastered it." She said, smiling at Angel.
Suddenly, Zach's smile disappeared. "I just talked with Sean about Angel. He does seem to care about her more than anyone. It seems like they could make a perfect couple." He said, smiling again and look down at Phe. "Like us."
Phe's eyes widen. She look back at him. She was blushing, staring at him with her own eyes.
Ashlyn came out of nowhere and interrupted the two. "Hey! Look who I brought!" Ashlyn pointed behind her. It was two girls with brown hair and grey hair. "Meet Elaine and Coral!" The two waved. They looked like sisters for a moment.
"Are you two sisters?" Phe asked.
"No, we're not. We actually get that a lot." Elaine said, crossing her arms.
Coral took a look at Zach and Phe. "So, Zach, got a girlfriend already?"
Phe's face grew red, so did Zach's. He stammered. "Coral!"
She laughed. "Not yet, eh? Good to know."
"What are we waiting for?! Let's go and have fun!" Ashlyn yelled. She dragged Elaine and Coral with her to the shops. Angel went with Sean to one of the food shops. Xino, Zach and Phe were alone.
"I'm guessing we're going together." Xino said with a smirk.
Zach was searching in his pocket. "You guys go ahead. I forgot something. Be right back and Phe," As he was about to leave and yelled out, "Be good to him!"
Phe raised her eyebrows. "WHAT?!"

A moment later, Xino and Phe walked alone. They didn't talk throughout the whole walk. She saw a huge tree in the center of the courtyard. It was bigger than a mansion. She placed her hand on the trunk and closed her eyes. She heard a voice inside her head. Forget him. Leave the past. She opened her eyes. Xino was next to her, placing his hand on the trunk with his eyes closed. She stepped back and ran to the crowd. She ran passed the same man she bumped into earlier. As she ran, she kept on seeing him following her and suddenly bumped into Zach. "Phe?!" The same voice rang inside her head again. Forget him. Leave the past. She ignored him and ran and ran until she finally stopped. "Phe!" She turned around and saw Zach panting. "Why did you run?!" As he kept walking toward her, the voice was getting louder.
"Stay away!" She yelled. She collapsed on the floor, tears running down her eyes. The sobbing wouldn't stop.
"Phe," Zach grabbed her arm and hugged her tightly. She tried to struggle to let him go of her but she couldn't. "Remember what I said." Zach whispered.
She stopped struggling and and continued to cry. "I'm sorry! There's too much to take in! The magic that I'm holding is getting worse! I want it to stop!" She cried.
"It's ok." Zach felt something approaching to them. It was a dark energy. A man walked up to them.
He laughed evil-like. "At last, I've finally found you!" The twins came up to them, giggling.
"Nyx, I'm taking this one!" Mira pointed to Phe.
"What?!"
"Didn't we agree that she was mine?!" The other argued.
"Meria, didn't you know I'm older than you?"
Meria groaned in frustration. "Forget this! I'm taking her!" She rushed to Phe and got her sharp hands out. Zach pulled Phe out of the way, leaving a scratch on her arm. "You just got lucky because you have him with you!" Dark fog surrounded them. When it was gone, they vanished.
"Are you okay?!"
"It's just a scratch." Phe said. She tried to stop the tiny bleeding by covering it with her hand. Zach carried her. She stammered. "I could walk by myself, you know!" He ignored her and took her to his dorm. The look on his face was furious.
They arrived and Zach sat her on the couch. He left to his room and came back, carrying a bottle of healing potion. He put a few drops on a piece of cloth and rapped it around Phe. It hurted a little but Phe could face the pain. Why did they want me? Did I do something wrong? Phe thought. Phe stared at the floor. Zach gave her a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows floating on top. "It's getting colder outside." He said.
Phe drunk the whole cup and gasped for air. "It's delicious." He continued to drunk his drink. "Zach, is there a reason why I'm wanted to them?"
"I don't know, but I don't want to find out." He said, looking away. "That man does look familiar though."
"He looks like that warrior from that vision." Phe said, spacing out.
A while later, the two fell asleep on the couch. Phe was sleeping on top of Zach's shoulder. He woke up and saw Phe sleeping peacefully. He watched her as she slept on his shoulder, snoring quietly. He smiled and carried her to his room and placed Phe on his bed.

Meanwhile, Nyx was in a laboratory somewhere in Zufwa. He was reading one of the spell books from his shelves. Mira and Meria walked to his lab. "Nyx, when is that potion going to effect her?!" Meria asked.
Mira groaned. "I can't believe you decided to take her on instead of me!"
"Well, you could've been at least been quicker than me!" She yelled back.
"Quiet, you two!" Nyx yelled in frustration. "I swear if I find the next creature in the forest, I will feed you to it!" They both groaned. "Now, let's be patient and wait until it happens. You two," Nyx pointed at them, "I want you to keep and eye out for her. And don't even try to argue and fight over that woman! I need her alive."
The two bowed. "As you command, Lord Nyx,"
He turned around to face his desk. "Good, now, go and watch her. When the potion starts to erupt her, take her to me." The two disappeared, giggling in the shadows.
