Chapter Twenty-Nine

                     *Amber's POV*
I couldn't believe my eyes it was..... Kai, my own step dad! "KAI WHAT THE HECK!" I yelled, "Oh yeah forgot to tell you and your mother my job I sell girls for money." He said laughing at the end, "So that means you're selling me?" I asked scared as hell, "No you stupid girl I want you all to myself but if Jake can find enough girls for me your all his." He said looking at Jake "Jake how could you I have kids, I have a husband and I'm pregnant why would you do this to me?!" I asked terrified, "Amber I'm sorry it's just you would never date me and I just couldn't have you not love me do you remember when we first met?" He said I nodded my head yes and smiled..

                  *FlashBack*
Five year old Amber sitting on the playground swings her brothers who are Six and Seven walk up to her with a new kid. He is Seven. His name is Jake James Janson, a little cute boy in his overalls and glasses.
"Hi my name is Jake James Janson I'm from Alabama and I moved here to Texas nice to meet you pretty lady." Little Jake said smiling
"Well how do you do Jake I'm Amber Lynn Myers." Little Amber said sticking her hand out so he could shake it, "I'm fine little lady im new here I moved this summer I can't wait to go to school with y'all." Jake said again he sat next to Amber while her brothers ran and played catch the water bottle. "So little lady how old are you?" Jake said looking at her, "I'm a whole hand so I'm five how old are you?" Amber said holding up five fingers before putting them down she wiggles them, "I'm a whole hand and two fingers on my other so I'm Seven years old." Jake said, holding up a hand and two fingers and wiggles his fingers. "Where's your ma and pa Amby?" He said once more, "My mommy is home cooking supper and my daddy well he out in the woods chopping down trees so me and my brobers can stay warm." She says swinging higher on the swing, "You know Amby you should be my girlfriend." Jake said swinging with her, "Girlfriend? What's that Jakey?" Amber said giving him a nickname, "I buy things for you hold your hand around friends and family kiss you on your cheek and tell you I love you." Jake said jumping off, "Okay Jakey I'll be your girlfriend." Amber said jumping off she lost her footing on the landing and fell face first into the ground. Jake ran up to her and picked her up, carrying her to a bench and he said her down, wiping her tears telling her he loved her and everything was okay. From then on they been together only as friend there relationship didn't last long when Kai came around but they stayed close friends all the way till Jake got to high school then everything changed she lost her best friend to girls who were much older than her even a little older than him and then she meet Luke who never left her and she always hated Jake for leaving her all alone.

                   *End of flashback*
"Yeah you left me Jake when you got to high school!" I yelled trying to control my tears and anger, "Amber I didn't mean to leave you I swear it's just things that happen in life for a reason you always ignored me when I would try to talk to you! You didn't love me like I love you! Why don't you love me?! I was there for you all the time even if I didn't seem like I was you always talked to me!" He yelled crying, "Jake this was on you and you put me here if I lose my child because of you I will hate you forever Jake more than I already do!" I yelled.
