Chapter 4

C4: Welcome Party

Brianna's POV

Olivia wants us to go to a welcome party at school tonight. Olivia said it's gonna be a party dedicated to a group of friends. I think they are called Armors? Horse faces? I don't know, I didn't listen to what she said. I think it's something related to that. Everyone at school is going and I do not have any plans on going to school late at night.

"Brinny!" Olivia shouted at the other side of the door.

"Come in," I replied.

She opened the door and I saw her wearing a colorful dress that outshines my room.

"Are you ready to go Brianna?" No. I don't want to go anywhere especially somewhere filled with stupid humans.

"Come on Brianna. Let's go! It will be fun!" She's being loud again.

She tried to drag me out my seat.

"Touch me or I'll kill you," I said with authority. She quickly freed my wrist from her hand and smirked.

Without me noticing she took my headphones and ran outside my room. I followed her and that's when it hit me, she again managed to get me out of my room by luring me with my own headphones. Olivia is so stubborn. I followed her inside the starting car, pitying myself for being so stupid. Well, it's a good thing I didn't take my phone out my pocket.

We went out the car and paced towards the gymnasium. As we walked, we saw a lot of people outside. There were people kissing, talking, dancing and grinding. Disgusting. They are proving how stupid they are.

"Well, the party started earlier than I thought" Olivia said and giggled as I wore my expressionless face.

When we went in, I was quite impressed that it was not like the outside. It was very... I don't know... I guess less disgusting is a suitable word for it. At least the people inside are more formal. The gymnasium was not like the gymnasium at all. There were tables, waiters and and a bar, which of course wasn't there before, gives food and beverages for free. We saw a vacant table and Olivia dragged me there.

Olivia called a waiter and asked for two pieces of cake and two drinks.

"Good evening schoolmates! A year ago the Knights left us and went to a university in States. Girls cried, their friends mourned but now our knights have finally come back!"

As the emcee finished her little speech people kept on clapping and shouting, so I stared at Olivia until she stared back. She already know through my stares that I want my headphones so she pointed at her bag beside me. I took my headphones and listened to music. Don't get me wrong, this party also is playing some tunes but I just prefer this so I can avoid people talking to me.

Not a moment later, a boy came to our table while everyone surrounding us started to stare. But who cares? Not me. He's currently chatting with Olivia or in another term he's flirting with her. Stupid flirting asshole.

I don't know what that asshole said but Olivia's seems not pleased at all. She threw the cake to the asshole's face and slapped him. I smirked at him and he looked annoyed when he saw me smirking. Olivia took her bag beside me, grabbed my hand and dragged me outside.

I took my headphones off and looked at her. My phone inside my pocket rang. Probably because someone sent something to my email. Ever since I came to this school the only reason why my phone rings is either my parents called or I have an email notification as an update regarding with the happenings in the school. Other than that my phone's silent. I took my phone and looked at a message. There's a caption and a video on it.

'That bitch! How dare she humiliate him?!' the caption says.

I played the video.

Olivia rolled her eyes.

"Come on don't be shy, bigyan mo lang ako ng konting halik sa lips"

"No thank you butt-faced monkey" Olivia said.

"You should be honored because I gave you a chance to kiss me, Miss pretty face" The boy said while his hands are going closer to her chest.

"Honor your face!" Olivia threw a cake to his face and slapped him. She stood up and grabbed her bag and me.

The video stopped.

No wonder she was furious. She doesn't want people treating her like that. She loathes those kind of people.

"Liv" I said which caught her attention.

I showed her the message and played the video. At the end of the video, she went furious

"TANGINA! GRRR! TAKTE! FUCK HIM!" I laughed with amusement at her reaction. As I laughed she suddenly stopped cursing and she looked shocked.

"Brinny, Ikaw ba yan? Oh my gosh! Haha! You finally laughed! Na miss ko na talaga yang laugh mo Brinny! Once in a lifetime to!" I laughed again.She thinks that I changed. I shouldn't have showed my emotions but it would be nice that I'll just show her that it's still me right? Good thing no one is here.

Her phone suddenly rang. She took her phone and smiled like she won a million dollars.

"Yes! Your stalkers are the best Brinny!" My what?

She showed me her phone and opened the message.

Omo! Ms. Ice laughed for the first time in forever! Kyaaaa~ Even when she is laughing she's still beautiful!

The video played.

"TANGINA! GRRR! TAKTE! FUCK HIM!" Olivia cursed.

"HAHAHAHA" I laughed.

"Brinny, Ikaw ba yan? Oh my gosh! Haha! You finally laughed! Na-"

Guys she's at the other side of the gymnasium!

I heard a lot of noise, so I searched where the noise came from. I saw a lot people staring at me. People kept on glancing at me saying things like 'Si Ms. Ice ay tumawa!', 'She laughed?!', 'Oh my gosh!' and a lot more similar to that. People kept on coming. I looked at my side and I didn't saw Olivia so I paced to the garden with my expressionless face. A lot of people are still staring at me.

Someone suddenly grabbed me and dragged me to the only cherry blossom tree in the school that blooms every three months which is located on our school. I stared at the tree still fascinated even if I already saw it a bunch of times.

"Ba't ka nila sinusundan?" A voice which came from back side. I looked at the person who that voice belongs to and I saw a familiar guy. He is wearing a black hoodie that covered most of his dark brown hair. He has this fierce big mesmerizing eyes and this chiseled jaw. I can say that he's cu- Wait, When did I learn to check people out? I stared at him and I realized he was the pervert that I encountered this morning.

"I said why are they fucking following you?!" He shouted.

"Don't fucking shout at me because they are not following me!" I said while staring intently at him.

"Don't you dare shout at me you-" He stopped and looked at my chest.

"What the fuck dude?! *slaps him* Pervert!"

"Miss... I'm so sorry he's just stressed because of the girl- Ikaw yung babae kaninang umaga! Anong ginawa mo sa kanya kanina?" The boy who annoyed Olivia said.

"Oh please shut the fuck up." I replied annoyed with all their stupid nonsensical noise. When I glanced at my surrounding I saw a lot of people shocked of what i did to him. Well, it serves him right.

"Ms. Ice that's the longest sentence that you've ever said" a girl said still in the state of shock. It must be the stalker. She must be the girl who saw me laugh and sent it to everyone.

"Brinny! Andito ka lang pala. Akala k- What happened to her?" Olivia suddenly showed up.

"Let's go" I said coldly.
