Deep Love (A Blastoise X Trainer Story)

Leader Blaine

"Foolish girl, I'll make you regret answering wrong, hehe, Go! Arcanine!" Blaine said, throwing a bright red Pokeball, it looks as if it was polished before the fight. Akiko then grabbed her belt and grabbed Gengar's ball. "Go, Gengar, Use Shadow Ball!" The Shadow Pokemon wasted no time in obeying his master's orders, and made a shadowy blob. Blaine then ordered his Arcanine to use a Fire Blast, causing an explotion.When the smokes cleared, both Pokemon were still standing. Blaine laughed. "Hehehe, You are a good challenger, withstanding an attack from my Arcanine meant a loss to most people. Now answer me this, how many Fire Type Pokemon are there??" Akiko was shocked, she didn't expect to get asked trivial questions during a match, she was wondering whether to ignore him or answer him, 25 seconds later finally she spoke up "I don't need to answer that to beat you, bring it on!" Blaine smirked again, and returned Arcanine and chose Rapidash. "Use bounce!" He commanded. Rapidash then jumped high, and then landed straight on Gengar. It was clearly a very painful experience when Gengar almost cried. But he brushed it off and retaliated with Thunder Punch. Rapidash was paralyzed, and Blaine wasn't so happy about that. "Use Fire Blast and burn it!" yelled Blaine, his plan was probably ruined by that attack. Before the attack hit however, she took back Gengar. "Go Raichu!" She exclaimed as she threw Raichu's Pokeball. "Thunder, now!" Raichu started to charge, and struck Rapidash with the attack, Rapidash fainted, unable to take the attack. "Darn it all!"
Blaine said, returning his Pokemon. He then sent out Growlithe, A small puppy-like Pokemon that looked like a miniarture Arcanine, minus the mane, came out, he looked ready for battle.
"Use Bite!" He yelled. Raichu tried to avoid the attack, but he was now trapped in his jaws. "Owww!" He screamed. After a few moments of struggling, Raichu fainted, his body dropping down to the floor when he was released. Akiko simply returned him to his Pokeball, and grabbed Blastoise. "Blastoise, Use Surf!" She yelled, when Blastoise was released from his ball, it created a giant wave and aimed it towards Growlithe. Before Blaine could even make a command, Growlithe fainted. Blaine grabbed his Pokeball and returned him. He then grabbed his next Pokemon, A Rapidash.
"Use Fire Blast!" He said. He prepared a star-like blast made of fire. It hit Blastoise and he was burned. Even though it hurt, Blastoise still could strike back. "Use Earthquake!" She said. He started stomping in the ground, making the earth shaking underneath, it hit the target. Rapidash fell to the ground, the attack overpowered it, and now,  Blaine was getting real mad, but surprisingly managed to calm down, "You managed to make most of my team faint.
But I will not be beaten easily, allow me to show you the powers of the Cinnabar Island Gym. Go! Arcanine!"
Arcanine came out. He was ready for battle.
Akiko decided to withdraw Blastoise, and sent out Fearow.
Fearow looked down at his opponent. And smirked. "Use Agility!"
Blaine said. Arginine obeyed and started running fast. "Use Drill Peck, Fearow!" Fearow heard this and spinned around, and charged at Arcanine, and he missed, Arcanine smirked and decided to bite Fearow. It hit and Fearow was now trapped in Arcanine's jaws. "I will not lose a battle to a puny Gym Leader's Pokemon!" Fearow exclaimed, and flee up the room, with Arcanine attatched to it's neck. "Fly attack!" Akiko said as Fearow started to drop to the floor, he knew it'll knock him out, but if it means victory, he'll do it. When they landed smoke filled the room.
When it cleared, Fearow was out cold. And Arcanine was standing. He smirked and said "I'll never lose to you at all, Fearow."
He said. Akiko withdrew Fearow and sent out Blastoise, again. "Awww, is the challenger worried about losing?" Sneered Arcanine. Blastoise growled. "You'll be taking those words back!" He said. Blaine decided to start. "Use Bite!" Arcanine lunges forward with an open jaw. "Use Hydro Pump!"
Blastoise aimed his barrels at Arcanine and fired two large rays of water.

It was Super Effective.

"Do you think I'll be down from an attack like that?!" Arcanine yelled, annoyed, and bit Blastoise, after shaking him off, his arm was feeling numb as the burn was taking effect, and it wasn't nice. Blastoise felt weaker than usual, and couldn't focus on Arcanine. Blaine smirked, he now has an advantage. "Use Fire Blast! He yelled. Arcanine made a similar attack to Rapidash's attack and launched it at Blastoise. It hit. Blastoise fell down, he was gonna fall and faint if he continue.
"Blastoise! Are you okay?!" Akiko spoke. Blaine smiled,"I told you, you'd regret answering wrong. Arcanine, finish this, with Bite." Arcanine ran towards Blastoise and bit him in the head, Blastoise fell on it's back. "Blastoise!" Akiko ran to her pokémon. "It's alright, please, if you're too weak, you can fall down. I won't be mad, please!" She said, with tears in her eyes. After Blastoise saw this, a frown came on Blastoise' face. Him? Weak?! No way. No way in the world will he lose, he stood up, and faced Arcanine "Ohh, so you're back?" He said, Blastoise didn't answer, just stood there. "Use Fire Blast, Arcanine!"
Arcanine prepared it's attack, and Blastoise decided on Hydro Pump, when Akiko realized what was up, she was shocked. And smiled, "Thank you so much, Blastoise." She said. These words powered up his cannons, and with all it's might, Blastoise sent out waves of water, as it interacted with Arcanine's attack, the Fire Blast dissolved, and hit Arcanine, it was a critical hit! And Arcanine was left fainted on the floor.
Blaine was shocked, he was beaten... by a kid, again. He smiled and said "Well kid, looks like your bond got you a win, here's your badge." He handed it over to Akiko, who grabbed it and beamed.
"We just got the seventh badge, the Volcano Badge! We did it Blastoise, we did it!" She said, and gave Blastoise a hug, the hug felt so comfortable, that he fell asleep.
(Time-Skip)
Blastoise woke up in the PokeCenter, and Akiko was there. She was very happy, and he was too, seeing his beloved trainer like this, it was simply amazing. "As a reward for all your trouble, you guys get to spend the entire day on the beach! They all got very excited, in a few moments, they were all enjoying themselves.
While Blastoise was swimming, he found Akiko talking with a male trainer. He looked like he was "hitting" on her, Blastoise doesn't know what that means, but he doesn't want his trainer getting hurt. He immediately swam to shore, and stood beside Akiko, making it obvious he's ready for battle. The male trainer laughed and said,"Hehe, guess this guy wants to see my Pokemon, well, feast your eyes on MY starter!" The male trainer sent out a Pokemon, a four armed, and muscular being came out, it was one of the most handsome Pokemon girls all over Kanto adore, a Machamp. When it saw Akiko, it became extremely happy and greeted her like a gentleman would.
Blastoise didn't like this, and so he growled quietly. The two trainers then headed off to buy some drinks, and they started to talk. Machamp was staring at Akiko. "That chick looks so beautiful, I want her to be my-" Blastoise growled louder this time and yelled "What do you want to do to Akiko?!" Machamp looked at him like he's an idiot, and spoke. "Isn't it obvious, I'll have her as my M-A-T-E,
dude" Blastoise growled louder, so loud in fact, that everyone heard it. "I will never let you steal and defile
Akiko!" Blastoise yelled.
Machamp smirked "What's Akiko gonna want from a fat turtle? I've got a better body, and I'm simply much better! I will have Akiko as my mate, whether she likes it or not!" He said, Blastoise started to prepare his water cannons. "Ohhh, that's it, I will pulverise you!" Blastoise and Machamp got ready in a fighting pose.

PS: So sorry about the large amounts of words used, but my brain isn't happy with ending the chapter after winning the gym badge, and decided to add in this.
