I Choose You!!

"How much longer till I get my starter?!" Akiko said, bored.

"In about a few hours, now go to sleep!" Her mom said. Akiko sighed, She just turned 10, and was excited to get her first Pokemon, so much so that she couldn't sleep.

"Guess I'll just watch Dragon Ball Super." She said, after a montage of 59 episodes, it was morning, and she was getting ready to get her starter.

(Time skip)

After 2 hours of waiting for her turn to get a starter, it was finally her turn to get her starter. "Ahh, it's you, Akiko. Have you come to get a Pokemon too?"
Prof. Oak asked.
"Yes" Akiko said. Prof Oak handed her a pokeball and said "this is the last Pokemon, a Squirtle, do you want to take it?" "May I see it first?" She asked. After a few seconds Prof Oak finally said Yes.
With excitement to see her Pokemon she grab the pokeball and pressed the button.
A small Pokemon, the size of a baby, came out, it had two cute eyes and a tail, and a shell that was colored dark brown. The Squirtle stood up and said "Squirtle Squirtle!"
"I-it's soo adorable Akiko exclaims, grabbing the Squirtle and hugging it.
Prof Oak chuckled. "I take it that's a yes? Anyways, here are your pokedex and pokeball."
Akiko grabbed them, placed them in her backpack. Afterwards she came back home to tell her Mom about her new Pokemon. Her Mom was happy to see that she has her Pokemon, she said "wait here" and quickly went up to grab something
"I wonder what it is" she said, and grabbed her pokedex to see the gender of her Pokemon. It was a male. Squirtle looked confused by the Pokedex, and thinking it was a camera, Posed like a superhero, Causing her to laugh.
"That was sooo cute!" She said , as her mom comes down with running shoes. "Take these" she said, and handed her clothes and a backpack.
She then hugged Akiko and said "take care!"

(Time Skip)
She was now at Viridian Forest, and was battling a Bug Catcher
"Poison sting!" He said, and his weedle did so, poisoning Akiko's Squirtle. "Squirt-tle" he said, causing her to give up and grab him. "Don't worry Squirtle, I'll get you to the Pokemon Center" she said, and when the squirtlw finally was gonna faint, Akiko worried, thinking it was a fatal poison said " please don't leave me! I love you Squirtle!"

(Time Skip)
This was 8 years ago, now, Akiko has collected 6 badges, and was headed for Blaine, the Cinnabar Gym Leader. When they landed she changed into a bikini and sent out her Pokemon, her Squirtle, which has Evolved into a Blastoise, always hugged when she sent it out. "Cut it out, Blastoise, it's embarrassing!" Akiko said, giggling. Blastoise out her down, and started swimming. Akiko also started swimming. And they all had fun the whole day.
Blastoise came to Alakazam, wanting to ask something.
"Do you have a moment?" Blastoise asked.
"Yeah, I've got some time, what is it?" Alakazam asked.
"Do you think it's bad, to love Akiko more than you should?"
