Chapter: 1
Addison's P.O.V.
The wind blew harshly on my face. The cold air felt like tiny needles on my skin. Besides the wind howling at me, there was an eeire silence. I felt like someones gaze was fixed on me, like someone was watching, But I suppose everyone feels that way while walking alone in the night. I picked up my pace, the silence was uncomforting. The trees that surrounded me swayed gracefully in the wind.
"So cold." I murmured to myself. I stuffed my icy hands into the pockets of my jacket. I breathed in deeply, hoping that my house would magically appear in front of me. Each step I took echoed in the wind. I wondered if people miles away could hear me take steps on the hard cement. Did echos travel that far?
"Hello there, pretty little lady." A man said as he pulled up beside me in a white car. I glanced at him, but continued walking without saying a word.
His car inched foward, catching up with me. "Hey! I was talking to you." He said with a smirk on his face.
I began to panic. I ran as fast as I could. I heard the wheels screech and then the car race foward. My eyes started to water. Not because I was crying, but because the wind blew harshly in my eyes. Everything was blurry. I didn't stop running. I wasn't sure where I was going, but to stop running wasn't an option. His voice grew louder as he screamed words at me.
"You're mine!" He grinned. My feet couldn't possibly travel any farther. I had been running for at least a good half an hour. I looked behind me quickly, his car was gone. This didn't make sense. He was right behind me. It didn't matter now, he was gone. I wanted to continue my journey home but my lungs felt weak. They needed air. I breathed staggered breaths. I can't breathe. I held my chest and coughed for relief, but I was unsucsessful. My vision became a blur again. Colours filled my eyes and I began to lose consciousness. I fought to stay awake, so I wouldn't freeze in this cold weather, but the blackness swallowed me, and i became unconsciousness.

I slowly opened my eyes, the light from the room I was in nearly binded me. When my vision cleared I looked around them room. It was empty for the most part, it was filled by only a simple desk and chair in the far corner of the room and the bed I laid on.
"Where am I?" I whispered, as if I was expecting a response. I looked at the window that sunlight was seeping out of. It was boarded up with several pieces of wood, and nearly twenty nails. Who ever had closed off the window had done a awful job. There were so many cracks, it seemed easy to pull the wood off and escape. As I examined the window, I could hear the faint sound of footsteps, They grew louder each time. I looked at the door in horror. I heard a key enter the lock on the tall, odd shaped door. It swung open and I nearly jumped. I crawled over to the corner of the bed and covered myself with the sheets. Only my eyes showed. A man emerged from the doorway. He was tall, and built. His brown hair was long and fell a little bit past his ear.
"Well, well. Look who is awake." He chuckled. I gulped and gripped the sheet tightly.
"Tell me about yourslef." He said walking closer to the bed. I didn't say anything. I stared at him for a minute. He seemed familiar. Who was he?
"I said tell me about yourself!" He demanded. I didn't reply. I am stubborn. I examined him as he took a few more step near. Was that the man in the car who tried kidnapping me? It was. It had to be.
"Dammit!" He shouted, he pulled an object from behind his back. A whip. With a flick of the wrist the whip connected with my cheek. I let out a scream. I could feel blood trickle down my face.
"Now, tell me about yourself." He said more calmly this time. I ran my fingers over the wound the whip had made. It stung as my finger touched it. I whimpered and looked up at him.
"M-my name is Addison. I am eighteen years old..." I whispered. He smiled.
"Very pretty name. It suits you nicely." The man stroked my blonde hair.
"You belong here now." He said softly with a grin. My lips quivered.
"I belong home!" I shouted. His expression changed, he seemed disappointed with me. I glared at him. His blue eyes glowed at me.
"Addison, I've been watching you my whole life, You silly little girl. I've observed you everyday."
My heart sank when I heard him say those words. That didn't make sense. He stalked me?
"How could you have watched me? I just met you yesterday!" My voice cracked when I shouted at him. He smiled again, but didn't answer. I watched him carefully.
"Oh, sweetie. You'll understand soon." He said in a sing-songy voice. He turned away from me and headed towards the door.
"No!" I screamed. "I want answers!" I struggled into a sitting position but I realized my hand was hand cuffed to the bed. I let out one last scream before he pause in the doorway.
He tossed a round object into the room. "That should keep you quiet for a bit. Sweet dreams, sweetie." He closed the door and locked it, and his footsteps faded as he walked down the hall. A green colored gas emerged from the object. I covered my mouth with the sheets but it was no use, it seeped through in seconds. I began to cough uncontrollably and spots of blood splattered on the white sheets. Each time I coughed more blood came out. I started to feel dizzy, my eyes slowly closed. I felt paralyzed. I couldn't move my body anymore. I felt like I was dying. I was drugged. I coughed one last time then just let blackness consume me.
