Homework-Akuroku

Roxas was sat in his bedroom swinging his legs in the air, sucking the end of his pen as he attempted to do his math homework.

He had the house to himself as his parents had gone to a conference or something for work. There was a sharp rap on the window, anyone could have mistaken it for a branch in the wind.

Roxas ignored the noise and carried on working. Another tap, louder this time. Again Roxas simply ignored it. He heard the window slide open and someone climb in. Without looking up Roxas said "Can't you just use the door like a normal person?"

"Of course not Roxy poo, You always lock the door and when I knock you don't let me in"

"Do you wonder why?"

"No but if you're trying to keep me put why do you leave the window unlocked?"

Roxas sighed. He had him there. If he really wanted him to stay away he'd have locked the window. Not being able to come up with a good comeback Roxas said "You know it's creepy how you climb through a younger guys windows at 10 o clock at night"

"Only you Roxy"

"Pervert" Roxas muttered. The guy chuckled, Roxas turned his head slightly so he could see the lean figure of his best friend, the read headed pyro Axel.

"What you doing Roxy?" Axel asked.

"Homework. And don't call me that" Roxas retorted turning back to his homework.

"Why not Roxy?" Axel smirked climbing on top of the younger boy so he was looking over his head. Laying on Roxas Axel sighed and played with a strand of Roxas' hair.

Roxas giggled and tried to hide it with a cough. "Im trying to work"

"Am I distracting you?" Axel asked

"Yes" Roxas replied without hesitation. This was a conversation they had every night. Axel would always climb in through Roxas' bedroom window, whether his parents were there or not. His parents hated Axel.

Most people mistook them for lovers, they weren't. Not in their eyes anyway. They loved each other of course, they were inseperable. They held hands, they kissed and sometimes if Roxas' parents were away for a while Axel would go to bed with him, only cuddling, nothing more. And both were completely devoted to the other. But they weren't lovers, not officially anyway.

Axel buried his face in Roxas' neck so that his hot breath tickled. Roxas giggled again a little louder. "Ticklish Roku?" Axel chuckled using one of the nicknames they had given each other when they were kids. Some one had started calling them AkuRoku and it stuck.

"N-no" Roxas stuttered. Axel laughed and flipped Roxas over so that their chests were pressing together.

"I don't believe you" He smirked.

"Aku don't you dare!" Roxas warned. Too late. Axel attacked Roxas' stomach, tickling him. "No! Ahahahahha Axel stop!" Roxas shrieked.

Roxas flailed his arms and his legs in an attempt to get Axel off, amidst his shrieks and giggling laughter. Axel laughed along with him.

Roxas eventually managed to get his leg wrapped around Axel waist and flip them over, leaving Axel on the bottom. "Ha" Roxas stuck his tongue out.

Axel saw that as an opportunity to stick out his own tongue and wrap it round Roxas', pulling him into a kiss.

When Roxas finally pulled away they were both slightly breathless. "I have homework to do" Roxas breathed getting off Axel and laying back down on his front with his pen. Axel sighed and flipped onto his stomach next to Roxas. "I hate math" Roxas muttered.

Axel sniggered "Don't do it then"

"I have to, you know what I'm like"

"Teacher's pet" Axel smirked. Roxas nodded.

"When was the last time you did any homework?"

"Um... Never" Axel shrugged. He snatched Roxas' pen off him and slid the homework over. He went through Roxas' homework ticking things he got right and making corrections on the things he got wrong. Once he'd finished he passes it back to Roxas. "Make more sense now?"

Roxas read it quickly then nodded happily "I get it now, thanks!"

"So on that note, can we watch movie now?"

"Sure put one on" Roxas said gathering his homework up and putting it back in his bag. Axel set the movie up and running while Roxas put his pyjamas on and got into bed. Axel quickly pulled his shirt over his head and flicked the light off before he joined Roxas to watch the film. Roxas sighed contently and snuggled close to Axel's warm body.

A few hours later the film was finished and both boys were asleep in each others arms.
