Jaelene's pov

I found the pod and was helping the girl inside it get out.

"Easy lovie you hit your head pretty hard." I said as I pulled out a cloth from my pack and put it on her forehead and she winced.

"Is this rain?" She asked and I said yes. Clarke showed up saying welcome home.

"En ai'm the heda gon wamplei." I muttered and the girl looked at me weirdly. (And I'm the commander of death.)

"Its a dead language. I learned it in my jail cell. You should sit down and take a minute." I lied shrugging her look off.

"Raven!" Finn said and she turned and saw him. They ran into each others arms.

"Okay awkward. Now can we go back to camp so I can sleep?" I said and Finn chuckled but than he introduced us.

"Wait Clarke and Jaelene. Abby Griffin did all of this for the two of you.

"My mom?" Clarke asked and I was in shock.

"Abby Griffin the same women that tried to have me floated?" I asked and she nodded yes.

"Yeah that's it have fun with this I'm leaving." I said and walked off. I went to Aris cave and grabbed one of his shirts and left. I was in my tent when Bellamy came in.

"Where's Octavia?" He asked and I looked at her bed.

"I thought she was with you. She left the same time you did." I said and he shook his head.

"She's not in camp Jae." He said ans I nodded and said get a search team and Finn. He left and I got dressed. I grabbed my weapons and walked out to see the funeral. The search team left and I caught up with them. We got to a hill and Bellamy went down.

"Its hers." He called up and I put my sword in the holster and slid down the hill. I got up and Bellamy was looking at blood.

"Bells look." I said pointing at the prints.

"He or she was carrying her." I said and the others came down. I pulled my sword out and followed the prints. We ended up in grounder territory. Some people left.

"Bellamy wait." I said and pulled him back.

"Octavia wouldn't forgive me if you died trying to save her. Stay near me I know these parts like the back of my hand." I said and he nodded. We all entered.

"Watch the trees." I said and we came up empty on the tracks. Finn tried getting us to go back but I wasn't leaving til I found my best friend. John died oh how sad. Finn repeated what I said about the trees. I put sword up and pulled me bow out. I shot the one in the tree and he fell. I turned after hearing Monroe saying there. I shot and arrow and got him in the eye. Bellamy grabbed my hand and we ran.

"I can't run anymore." Jasper panted and I stopped next to him and pulled him behind a tree. I made him hold my bow and I took my sword out.

"Stay under the trees and don't go straight. Keep to the group." I whispered and slung my bow back on and ran the other way only getting three to follow me. I fought all three. I killed them and made my way to Lincoln's cave. I crashed inside and fell to the ground and everything goes black.

Lincoln's pov

Jaelene crashed into my cave and the girl screamed her name.

"Please help her. She's my best friend. Please." She cried out and I flipped Jae over to see the cut. I ripped her shirt off and my eyes started to water. She had a cut going up her chest. I grabbed the blade and closed it up. I than grabbed one of my shirt and put on her and laid her on the bed.
