I've been dry heaving for the past 4 hours. I tried to eat some soup but I ended up throwing that up too. So now I'm starving but I can't eat anything or I'll vomit. I've also thrown up so much that I lost my voice and can no longer speak. my head is pounding and it feels like the room is spinning. I'm so thirsty but I don't have the strength to stand up and I can't ask for help because I can't speak. I'm also, so so so so so cold even though I have several blankets. I'm shaking but I can't tell of its because I'm cold or if something is wrong with me. I've blacked out about 5 times now. I don't know how long I was out. I'm starting to shake a lot now...too much. I think something is very very wrong.
I think I may have alcohol poisoning.
