As I am standing in line at an in-hospital Starbucks, the person whom I am with, which has the money, told me to hold our spot in line while they try to find a bathroom. The front of the line is fast approaching and they show no sign of returning soon.
I am received to see them turn the corner and return to their place in line beside me. I have yet to decide what to buy. My yearning for caffeine pushes me toward black coffee, though I also want something else, for a change. Farewell, you will be updated promptly.
Update: I have ordered a grandé caffé Americano. It is currently far too hot to consume. However, I shall enjoy it in all its bitterness when the time arrives, without the pain of the heat.
