Paul and I had bought a house near Sam and Emily. The pack spends most days at our house or Sam and Emily's. I was currently at the Cullen's to tell them the news of my engagement, and to check up on Bella for Jacob because he doesn't want to speak with her but he wants to know she's okay. Blah, blah, blah.

I knocked on the door and within an instant was greeted by a hug. I laughed as I was spun around immediately knowing who it was. "Emmett, put me down." I laughed.

He chuckled and put me down. "What brings you here sis?" He asks as we walk inside. I see Bella and Edward sitting on the couch, Alice and Jasper kissing in a corner, Carlisle and Esme goofing around, and Rosalie watching the game waiting for Emmett to sit back down.

"Well.. I want to tell you all something." I say gaining the attention of everyone in the room.

"What do you have to tell us sweetheart? You're not in any trouble are you?" Esme says taking the mother role quickly. I laugh and shake my head in amusement.

"No, no. I'm not in any trouble."

"Then what is it?" Edward asks intrigued since he can't read my thoughts.

I notice Jasper grinning picking up on my mood. I hold out my left hand and show them my ring. "What!? With who? And when?!" Emmett and Edward ask taking the protective big brother role.

"Oh my god. Alex that's so beautiful." Alice says grinning widely.

"Congratulations Alex. Who's the lucky man?" Carlisle asks.

"Paul Lahote." I reply dreamily.

"The hot head!" Edward asks enraged.

"He's not a hot head! Not around me anyway!" I shout glaring at him.

"I may not like the wolves but I'm happy that you're happy." Rose says hugging me.

"Thank you Rose. Honestly I thought you'd be the one to freak out." I say laughing a bit.

"If he ever hurts you I'll kill him." She replies causing me to laugh again.

Jasper comes up to me and hugs me. Surprising me, since the smell of humans is somewhat too much for him. "Congrats sis." He says smiling.

"Thanks Jaz." I mumble into his embrace.

"When's the wedding?" Alice asks.

"We haven't decided anything yet. But the wedding will be on neutral territory so I can have you all there and the pack and some others." I reply smiling.

"Damn right it will be. I'm walking you down the isle." Emmett says.

"No, I am." Edward says narrowing his eyes at Emmett.

I sighed. "Actually I'd like Carlisle to, he is basically my father after all."

"I'd be honored to walk you down the isle Alexis." He says hugging me.

"Thank you Carlisle." I smile up at him. He kisses my forehead in a fatherly way.

"Who are going to be your bridesmaids and maiden of honor?" Bella asks seeming hopefully. I forgot she was even here to be honest.

"Uh.. honestly I don't know. Paul and I haven't planned anything." I say awkwardly not wanting to be rude and say what I was thinking. 'Definitely not you'. I'm so glad Edward can't read my thoughts. He'd go off on me.

She nods her head accepting my answer. Jasper, Alice and I take a small walk around. Jasper and I goofing around, pushing each other and joking around. Alice laughs at our child like behavior. Then I get a text from Paul.

MyBaby🐺💘: Hey baby, where are you?

Me: At the Cullen's baby, I'll be home soon. What's up?

MyBaby🐺💘: Nothing, I just miss you, and the boys eat everything....

I sigh as I read that text. I laugh and shake my head in amusement.

Me: Okay, I'll go to the store and get some more food. I swear you boys eat too much.

MyBaby🐺💘: Love you 😘

Me:Love you too😘.

"Well I better get home before the boys tear my house apart looking for food." I say laughing.

Alice and Jasper chuckle. "Okay, be careful Alex. We'll see you soon." Alice says smiling.

"Love you guys." I say hugging them.

"Love you too Alex." They both say hugging me. I say bye to everyone else and leave.

I go shopping and get everything I need. I head back home and pull into my drive way. I laugh as the boys come running out to help with the bags. Leah comes out of the house looking ready to kill them all. She helps out and helps me make dinner.

We laugh and cook. We then eat and clean everything up. I make the boys do dishes and clean the floors. Leah and I sat on the couch laughing as they complain.
