Everyday I think about you
Knowing I can never bid you adieuFor you are the best love I've had
And I'm unsure whether that makes me sad or gladYou see, I die inside everytime I see you smile
Looking at a girl who's truthfully worth your whileYour eyes are so captivating when they twinkle and shine
That they compel me to try and make you mineThe way you run your hand through your hair
Tricks me into believing you'll come to me out of thin airBy the looks of your hands, tough and calloused
I feel as though you've gone through great maliceBut when I see your feet pointing towards me
It causes me heart to stutter, stop, then fleeAll of these are great and good
But there's one thing I'm hoping that's not misunderstoodAlthough you've got an interesting built
There's something about you that doesn't make my soul wiltThe way you simply spoke
Never seemed to make me chokeThe acceptance you've made me feel
Made my time knowing you seem unrealThe moments you've given
Are ones I'll always be relivin'Thank you for all that you've done
But now I know you are not the one~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So yeah...that really seemed sappy when I read it aloud. Oh well, it's helping me cope with things. Anywho, thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed this cheesy love poem. I'll try to make better ones in the future or something.
