A big white blanket was covering the whole castle, as crows were orbiting around the greenhouses. Tiny yellow lights were sparkling through the big walls of Hogwarts, making an effect of a starry sky.

Dexter watched the tiny snow particles lazily land on the roofs. There were billions of them, billions of drunken snowflakes...

" Christmas is near." Nate said, sitting next to him. Dexter lazily nodded. " I still haven't bought anything..."

Nate shrugged. " Me neither." He leaned towards Dexter and whispered into his ear: " But I've bought her's."

Dexter grinned. His "little" secret was starting to show up behind the hill...

" Are you going to..."

" Not yet." Nate said. He dreamily stared at his feet, then grabbed a book from the wooden shelf and started to read it. Just in a few seconds, he was lost in the book.

Amy sat next to Dexter. Dexter rolled his eyes as she opened her mouth.

" Hey!" she said cheerfully, Nate replied her with the same energy. Dexter tried to look at another direction.

" Don't avoid me, or you'll see." Amy threatened his brother, as she glared at him. Dexter laughed sarcastically.

" My biggest fear..." he said, rolling his eyes. Nate raised his head from his book.

" If I were you, I wouldn't underestimate her." he said, shytting his book. Dexter clapped his hands. " Well said, Mr Lawyer."

Amy took her wand out in a milisecond and with a quick flick of her wand, a bunch of birds flew out of her wand. They weren't flying in a slow and safe way-

Their extremely sharp beaks pinned Dexter from his shirt to the wall. Dexter was in shock over the unexpected attack.

" What the- Amy!"

Nate raised a brow. " Told you so." he said, then took his wand out. He lazily swished his dirty orange wand and the birds dissapeared.

Dexter looked down, expecting to see his shirt thorn, however he didn't. Nate's spell had fixed his clothes.

" Oh you little devil-"

Amy giggled and ran to her dorm, as Dexter cursed under his breath and sat back Next to Nate.

" That spell was quite impressive. It was non-verbal and the aiming was perfect. Don't you think so, as a victim of the attack?" Nate asked grinning, Dexter hit him playfully on his stomach.

" Oh you shut up, Pretty Boy." Dexter said, he was also grinning. Their teasing conversation turned into a hitting fight, as the candles shivered with the calming combination of the biting cold of the snow and the warmth of the room.

The exams were near. Dexter still knew nothing, Nate still knew more than necessary.

Dexter was lazy but he actually did care about the exams. He would cry if he failed his exams, especially on their O.W.L year.

" I still don't know anything about the History of Magic. I can't memorize, when will they understand..." Dexter was whining. Fred shrugged.

" Never." he said, continuing to walk. His head could almost hit the candles which were beautifully placed on the stone walls. So, he had to be careful.

" History is nonsense. I don't care about them!" Jamed joined the chat. Nate pressed his lips.

"Well, I think that it is extremely important. Especially- especially if... Graffacia... You know... It's just that- it's important to know the details in the past, okay? I know that it is boring, however, you can't do anything against Graffacia without that knowledge."

There was an awkward silence. Albus was the first one to speak. "Right." he said. " You're completely right."

James rolled his eyes. " Okay, let's leave these two nerds here." Albus hit him with his elbow. James laughed.

They could see Rose Weasley from the distance. Her body structure was much like Lucy's: Tall, skinny...

Her fluffy, short red hair was bouncing on her wide shoulders, making her look messier like she wasn't messy already. She was more like her father- Angry and messy.

She was extremely intelligent like her mother. She had her plump lips and big round eyes, and the bushiness of her hair. Other than that, she looked pretty much like her father.

Every inch of her milky skin was covered by freckles, her red hair was the most outstanding thing when someone looked at her, or her height. She was taller than Lucy, just a few inches below Nate.

Since she played Quidditch- so well- she had really wide shoulders and was kind of muscular even though she was skinny. She could easily beat you and the only thing you would remember would be her bright hazel eyes.

" Oi, cousins. And- Dexter and Nate, of course." she said, as she saw them. She joined their conversation without any hesitation.

" I heard you talking about History of Magic- How could you possibly hate it? It's the best subject ever. And as Nate has stated-"

" Geez, shut up Rosie." James spat. " You're getting on my nerves."

Rose suddenly glared at him- death glares. She kicked his leg, making it almost impossible to walk for him. He started to moan and roll on the ground.

" WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU-"

After those words, he just cursed for a couple of times and then got up. He was skipping.

" I guess you got your answer." Albus said. James rolled his eyes and pressed his glasses on the bridge of his nose. " Oh shut up Al."

" You shut up, James Sirius Potter or I'll do thing much worse than that kick!" Rose yelled at him. James raised his brows. " Okay, calm down! Geez..."

" Both of you, shut up. Or I'll crush your skulls." said Fred. Rose could not dare to threaten him- he was a lot stronger than her. Physically, at least.

Rose flipped her hair. " Whatever... I bet that Graffacia will be collecting all of the muggle-borns in a few days... We have to be prepared. His daughter, that filthy swine, she's no different than him. I swear I'll kill her, I'm not even kidding. She's dead to me." Her eyes looked wet for a second. " Dead..." she whispered and then stormed off.

" She's crazy, I swear. Studying made her crazy." James said, rubbing his leg. Nate shrugged. " And you were crazy enaugh to not obey her." Dexter and Fred laughed, Albus grinned.

" Oh shut up- all four of you!" James said, turning bright red. He then started to laugh too.

The gang had a wierd relationship...
