Chapter Four

 **Joanna's POV**

It's already been a week since the High School Night Event and everything went back to the way it was well except for my classmates, they have their so called crush now even my friends, everyday all they talk about are their stupid crush and it gets really annoying well not at first but when they talk about the same thing again and again and again it drives you insane. Sometimes I just wish I could zip their mouth so they would stop talking.

The bell rang signaling recess. "Finally!" I happily shouted in my mind. I put my things inside my bag and fixed myself.I was going to ask Cassandra if she wanted to get something to eat since we sat next to each other when someone laid their hands before my eyes.

"Guess who?"  A familiar voice came from the person spoke and giggled.

I touched her arms to try and identify her then she started giggling more, I had a hard time identifying her since I never was any good at identifying things or people. "I give up" I giggled while trying to tickle her arms. She finally let go and I glanced back. "Aia!" I shouted happily.

"Of course it's me, who did you expect?" She said while rolling out her tongue.

"Von" Cassandra teasingly added. After that Aia squeeled.

 I rolled my eyes and pretended not to hear what she said. Ever since the event ended Von always comes to our room every recess and hangs out with Matt. I didn't even know that they were best friends until Cassandra told me, she is so good in knowing stuff like that. She says the reason why Von hangs around here is because of me, like I'll ever believe that I mean it's perfectly clear that he hangs out here because of Matt since they're bestfriends.

"Looks like someone's day dreaming about Von" Cassandra said giving me a wink.

"No I'm not!" I provoked

"No need to be defensive girl" Aia chirped

"Can we get something to eat? I'm hungry" I requested trying to change the subject. They just nodded in defeat. "Lets go then" I happily said while grabbing their arms and thus we went to the cafeteria.

The place was crowded and the line was super long and more importantly I'm super hungry! Way to decide on dieting today. That annoying voice in my head again. "Will you shut up?" I snapped.

"We didn't say anything Jo" They answered in chorus.

Did I just say that out loud? Yes, yes you did. My mind answered. Quiet you! We started to line up until we could reach the counter and buy our snacks. After that we left the canteen since it wasn't the nicest place to stay specially during recess, you might end up getting your uniform dirty because of all the people inside and since the cafeteria wasn't very huge.

So we sat down on the stone benches near the school covered court and ate our snacks while enjoying the warm breeze of the wind. I wonder if Von is in our room? Wait a minute, why am I thinking about him? It's not that I like him. Well not like as in like like, Ughh! You get my point. He does have this cute smile that I really like and his eyes are so, so dreamy. Woah woah woah get a hold of yourself Joanna.
