CH 10 - no one to call my own

"What?" I tried hiding the panic in my voice.

"I don't know what to say?" She covered her face.

How can she know? Was she there? Was that all a prank? Zayn did not just did this to me on purpose. I mean he can not. But did he? Why is she not saying anything.

"Jasmine I can explain." I was really tensed and I just didn't wanted our friendship to be ruined over a guy.

"Explain? I am just upset that you didn't tell me." She said in a low voice and sounded really low too.

"I never had the chance. I would have told you, you know that right?" I was scared.

"But when?"

"Trust me it wasn't intentional." I was just begging for forgiveness now.

"I am just so glad, I am so happy now. OMG I love you so much." Jasmine was shouting and jumping and I was just shocked.

Oh no, that was an understatement.

"What?" I yelled back in shock.

"For Liam and Danielle," she said but now she is not jumping anymore.

"For whom?" I was still not sure what is happening.

"You called Danielle and asked her to come here right?" Jasmine asked with a confused expression.

"Oh yeah, that, yeah. I did, yes. I totally did that." I have no idea what's going on. My eyes were still popped out. Jasmine didn't seem to notice. She hugged me, real tight. I don't know if I was revealed or even more tensed because now this is a secret.

I looked up, still hugging Jasmine and I see Zayn just standing there smiling at me.

Mr. Zayn Malik, this is not funny. Not funny at all.

Jasmine dropped her grip and looked at me.

"What did you thought I was talking about?" She questioned and to be honest I just didn't wanted to answer that. How am I suppose to say that I kissed your boyfriend, not lip kiss, but still a kiss. This is so confusing.

So I just smiled and let her think what she want to. Danielle grabbed me by the arm and it felt like she rescued me. I was so thankful.

"Nothing would have happened without you." She hugged me and she won't let me go.

"You love him, you just needed someone to assure this." I was talking to her back but it was still good. I guess.

"Guys, guys" Jasmine stood up on the main table and started shouting to get everyone's attention.

"Let's makes a toast." As soon as she said it a guy appeared from the kitchen with few glasses of champaign and a glass of coke for me.

I smiled and we all took our glasses.

"Guys he is our chief for tonight as well, his name is Marcus." Jasmine smiled and we all waved at Marcus.

Everyone started drinking and having fun, danced a little.

I wasn't really in a mood to dance so I walked to my room but before I could hit the stairs Jasmine got hold of my hand.

"Leaving so soon?" She made the puppy face.

"Sorry babe. I am not feeling like it." I defended.

"It's okay. Let's just sleep." She turned and said in sharp voice, "guys we all are hitting beds now. Everyone go to the room they're allotted with the person they are suppose to be."

Everyone started walking as if they heard a command from the queen but I just laughed and started walking but then the realization hit me.
