Radio Show

"Today is Flashin' back Friday. You are waking up with Rocky. So, today's flashback is with LL Cool J's Mama Said Knock You Out." I said my voice melodic. Marshall looked at me while eating his yogurt and Hailie ran around the studio. I played the song and looked at Marshall.

"So, what studio are y'all in today?" I asked and he swallowed.

"54 Sound."

"Okay, what time?"

"3." He said and I nodded.

Studio

"Hey Rocky." Jeff and Mark said and I hugged them. Marshall's introduced me to all of his friends over the course of the seven months we've known each other and they all liked me. I didn't and still don't understand why but, I'll figure it out later.

"Hey guys." I said and they smiled.

"Marshall, the Doctor called he wants a meeting with you." The doctor, as in Dr. Dre.

"You're lying." Marshall said.

"We aren't."

"You're lying." He said.

"We aren't."

"HOLY SHIT DR. DRE WANTS TO MEET ME!" He shouted and picked me up and spun me around. He had taken Hailie back to Kim's earlier and so I guess that's why he gladly picked me up instead of her. I wrapped my arms around him and laughed.

"FUCK YES!" I said and he kissed me. I was shocked and sort of intrigued with it. We had kissed before but not like that. That was a kiss of something other than lust. I hugged him and we both started crying. I wiped his eyes with my thumbs and smiled.

"I told you you could do it." I said and he smiled.

"You did. You did." He said and I smiled and he hugged me again.

"Marshall, how about we go out to eat." They said and we all agreed.

Dinner

"What are you going to get?" He asked and I looked at the menu.

"I don't know I'm very conflicted."

"What are you stuck with?" He asked and I groaned.

"I want hot wings and pasta and a diet coke."

"What's the conflict?"

"The conflict is I don't know if I want the hot wings or the pasta."

"Get the wings babe." He said and I nodded. Jeff asked Marshall if they could talk and so they excused themselves and walked outside.

"He loves you, like every time he comes to the studio it's just Rochelle, Rochelle, Rochelle."

"Really?"

"No joke. No girl is as ill as you in his eyes, but he would only marry Kim if she was keeping Hailie away from him."

"Kim wants him and he doesn't want her. I can see it I just didn't know who he wanted."

"You. Mark is out there talking to him now."

"Because, I really want to be asked to be someone's girlfriend at a Burger King with free refills." He laughed.

"Not here." He said,"don't worry."

"Okay." I said and they came back in.

"Can I take you somewhere after this?" He asked and I nodded. We had moved out of our apartments and moved separately into our own apartments but were still with each other daily and I hadn't thought of it as something big.
