The Make Up prt.2

Elle's POV 

     I gulped and tried to think back to when I had last taken my other medication. Crap, it had been about two months, no wonder 'they're back'. I closed my eyes tightly and tried to will them away, but they just continued to harass me.

Useless

Ugly

Unwanted

Fat

     "Elle? Are you ok?" Luke asked, worry filled his voice, I nodded and opened my eyes, a fake smile making its way upon my lips. He shook his head and his light blue eyes met mine, "I may not know as much as Harry knows about you but I do know when you're lying," I cringe at his name and he continues ignoring the movement, "So what happened?" I shook my head and tears clouded my vision.

     "Something happened, please tell me what happened." He pleaded. I sighed and finally gave into his puppy dog eyes. I began telling him everything starting with the date with Louis...

Louis's POV

     "What do you mean she's not here?" I asked harshly, Perrie cringed at the loudness of my voice, making Zayn glare at me. "Sorry." I mumbled. Harry was frantically talking with Niall; who had become close with Elle.

     Perrie gave me a sympathetic look, "We don't know, I went to go talk to her and her door was unlocked. I went in and she wasn't there but her window was open and her phone and wallet were gone." I nodded, I felt bad for snapping at Perrie, but I was worried about Elle. "Harry." I called him over and he practically ran over to the small group of people that took up the three couches.

     "What happened?" I told him what Perrie had said and he stayed quiet for a minute or two before replying, "She's at Starbucks." Despite the situation all of us laughed, "Wait so how did you know?" I asked. He just held up his iPhone and showed me Elle's last tweet. I smiled, of course she would tweet that and add a smiley face at the end. She was very good at hiding her emotions.

     "Alright, Louis come with me, can you guys stay here?" Harry asked, they nodded and smiled sympathetically at him and Perrie gave me a hug and whispered, "I know you and Harry don't get along, but this is really nice of you, to help him I mean." I nodded and pulled away. "C'mon Louis." I waved at the others and followed him out the front door.

Elle's POV

     "So Harry, the guy who has been like your brother has feelings for you?" I nodded and wiped my cheeks. Luke sighed and sat down next to me and put his arm around me. "Listen, I'm sorry I wasn't there for you when I should've been, and I'm sorry Jai treated you like a piece of trash." I sighed and leaned into him, "It's okay and you don't have to be sorry, you are a way better brother than Jai." He smiled and gave me a side hug.

     "So, on a lighter note, how does it feel to have your twin brother back?" Laughter left my pink lips as he poked my side, "Good, but you're still the pain in the ass weirdo." He playfully glared at me and looked at his phone, "Oh wow, it's already 1:17. Do you want to go get some real food?" I glared at him, "This is good food but su-"

Fat

     I gulped but nodded anyway, "Sure." He looked at me unsurely, "Have you been taking the meds?" I shook my head and he sighed, "Why not, you know what happened last time! You stopped taking them for a week and now you have scars on your wrists." He whispered shouted, making sure no one else heard. I felt like crying right now, but I had no more tears to cry. "I'm sorry, I thought I was truly happy, but now I realize I can never be happy. I will always be the freak."

     "No, you're not a freak, alright? You are an amazing girl and anyone who says otherwise is stupid." I nodded and smiled slightly. "Now you need to take them alright?" I nodded again, not trusting my voice. He stood up and put his phone into his hoodie pocket before holding his hand out for me to take. I laughed as he did a little bow and placed my hand in his and grabbed my cup and threw it into the trash.

     "So where are we going?" I asked, he shrugged his shoulders as he looked down at me, "I don't know, lets just walk around." I nodded and we linked arms and began walking to the little diner that I had come to love.

Louis's POV

     Harry parked the car at the Starbucks parking lot, I was quite surprised we didn't get pulled over. "Where is she? She should be here!" Harry shouted causing a few people to give us rude looks. I glared at some of them and they immediately looked away. "Maybe she already left, come on lets go ask him." Harry nodded and followed behind me, walking quickly.

     "Hi, did a really short girl come in here and order a caramel thingy?" He laughed at my description, "Did she have blonde hair and blue eyes?" I nodded with a hopeful look on my face. "Yeah she was here she literally just left, she is probably going to the little diner over there." I thanked him and told Harry where she should be, he took off in a run and I quickly followed behind him.

     I still don't understand how he could say yes to Jai but I am glad he actually cares about Elle this much. We slowed down when we were a few feet behind a guy and a girl with linked arms. I tapped the guys shoulder and he stopped walking and turned around, "Yes?" He asked, the girl turned around, "Elle?"

     "H-hey Louis." She said, I looked over at the guy and glared at him. Elle caught on and laughed, "Louis this is my twin, Luke. Luke this is Louis, my boyfriend." We shook hands and I could tell Luke was the over protective kind of brother. "So what are you guys doing here?" She asked with a pained expression. I looked over at Harry who seemed as if he was going to burst into tears at any moment.

     "Elle why don't you go and talk to Harry, and I'll stay here and get to know your brother?" She began shaking her head but Luke grabbed her head, "She'll go talk with Harry." She turned around and glared at him before turning around and walking away with Harry.

Harry's POV

     I was hoping she would actually listen to me, but with her I could never know. I stopped walking and she hit my back, she mumbled a sorry and stepped back. I turned around, "Elle, you don't know how sorry I am. I lied to you about have feelings for you, I only see you as a sister, nothing more and nothing less." She nodded slightly and urged me to continue. "Your brother, Jai," Her blue eyes widened when I said his name but I continued, "He told me I had a chance to be in a championship boxing match so I said I would do anything." She nodded in understanding, but still showed no other sign of emotion.

     "He said I would have to make it seem like I had feelings for you and I would have to end our friendship. So I did, but I felt terrible for doing so and I realized I would rather lose my job than not talk to you." She just stood there, not moving and not making a sound, it actually scared me slightly. I was about to just walk away until a pair of small arms wrapped around my torso. I smiled and hugged her back, "That was so sweet, Harry. Just next time lie to him." I nodded and placed a kiss on her forehead. "I'm so sorry Elle, I was stupid." She nodded and flicked my cheek, "Yeah you were, and you still are."
