I've been reading a lot of stories lately. Not just fan fictions, but actual stories to. And I've made a painful realization; there are authors on here that don't update there books as much as they should because they don't feel appreciated.
I read these amazing stories and fall in love with the writing style, I even adopt some of their techniques.
But then I notice that these amazing people aren't getting the love the deserve. Even if someone loves their book, its not because of their writing style. Its because of the story itself.
But even so, these people could be greater than Steven king or Edger A. P! They have such talent and I can't help but wonder were they get they the ideas they have.
These people might not even want to be writers, but they could easily make quit the fortune off of it. And it pains me to see it!
Basically what I'm saying is, if you at all like somebody's writing, vote. Its one click of a button and you have no idea how good it feel to see that notification pop up. I would know, I smile so hard when I see that show on my screen. It gives writers that confidence in their story's that they need!
I mean I write because I love it! But I only share it because I convinced myself I'm good enough. Now I'm getting more votes and followers and I started reading my stories to people in real life!
You have no idea what a difference you can make by touching that little stare. And who knows, maybe you'll get a shout out because you were so supportive.
