"Hey um do you think you would like to go to an amusement park with me I got tickets for us" Ji said looking down shyly. As they were walking home from school.
"Sure what's the name of the amusement park?" Amelia asked?
"Wonder Moon" he replied.
"Wonder Moon wow what a weird name for an amusement park thought it would be something like Happysmiles 123 or something" she laughed.
"So I'll pick you up at 10am tomorrow and we can stay for the whole day." He said.
"Woah there buddy 10am what do I look like I got a job I'm not going to be up at that time tomorrow. Especially since tomorrow is Sunday."
Ji looked down in sadness.
"Hmm well since you are my best friend I'll make an exception but just this one time ok?" Amelia said.
"Yaaay" Ji said looking up giving Amelia a hug.
They walked home together and when they were about to part ways Ji stopped.
"Oh yea I totally forgot my parents aren't home today. They said they were going out today. Can I come over by you? We can study together." He asked.
"What are you scared to be home alone?" Amelia teased.
"No I'm not" Ji said slightly frustrated.
"Ok ok sure you can come over I could really use the help my last test grade wasn't so pretty". Amelia said.
*Cough cough* "yea no kidding" Ji joked.
"What was that" Amelia asked narrowing her eyes.
"Nothing something got caught in my throat" he said smiling guilty.
"Whatever let's go" Amelia said walking to her house.

"Mom I'm home and I brought Ji because he was going to pee his pants if I left him home alone" Amelia laughed.
Ji sucked his teeth in response "As if" he said.
"What was that does the wittle baby have sass" Amelia said while pinching his cheeks and talking in a baby voice.
Ji rolled his eyes and removed her hands.
"Oh my look how much you have grown." Amelia's mom Jasmine said smothering Ji and pinching his cheeks.
Now I know where Amelia gets her pinching cheeks from. Ji thought.
"Mom you saw him yesterday" Amelia said flatly.
"I know but it seems like this boy grows 10 inches everyday" she said turning back around.
"Dinner will be ready soon so run along" Jasmine said playfully.
"Ok let's goooooo" Amelia said running up the stairs almost tripping.
Ji followed behind shaking his head laughing.
"So what do you want to start on first" Amelia asked Ji.
"How about math since it's clearly a skill you lack in" he said smirking.
