Unrequited love (Astral X Barian! Reader)

(Name) had stopped pushing Shark when he started to scream at her to let him walk by himself. (Name) walked along side Shark as they discussed about Rio's condition "and she's suppose to be better soon" Shark says with a sigh "well as long as she isn't suffering as much now right?" (Name) asked knowing how upset Shark is despite him hiding all of his feelings behind a stone cold mask. We trailed behind Yuma and 'Ray', (name) could see Astral floating beside Yuma as he and 'Ray' talked about dueling. Sighing (name) noticed how tense the air was do to Yuma and 'Ray' stopping in their tracks 'oh crap' (name) thought. Did Vector tell Yuma? Did Yuma say something that'll make Vector mad enough to expose himself?

'Ray' and Yuma just bursted out laughing making (name) and Shark slowly walk backwards to give the two laughing teens "are you two ok?" (name) asked a little scared. The two stop laughing but a few chuckles left their lips "we're good!" Yuma says. All of a sudden 'Ray' grabs Yuma's hand "COME ON! WE'RE GOING THE RAY WAY!!!" And with that 'Ray' dragged Yuma off. Shark just sighed "let's go" he said walking forwards. Noddeding her head (name) takes out her D-gazer and starts to text Vector.

Careful now -(name)

Vector saw the message but didn't respond, probably because Yuma was right behind him. Humming a little song, (name) saw how tense Shark was looking. Putting her hands on his shoulders, Shark jumped a bit but looked at (name) "what do you want!?" Shark snapped as (name)'s eyes widen at the sudden change. Shark has NEVER snapped at (name) with that tone full of hate. Shark's eyes held hatred, rage, hurt, and a murderous aura.

(Name) huffed feeling hurt by Shark's snap, "fine, I see how it is" and like that she ran off in the direction of the school. Shark's eyes widen once he saw (name) run off 'I'm such an idiot' Shark thought to himself. He was angry at the thought of Ray and he didn't know why. It was as if he and Ray met before, Shark just shrugged and huffed as he began to run after (name) who was already near the school gates "WAIT A MINUTE (NAME)!" Shark shouted as everyone looks at him and (name). Then, when Shark caught up he grabbed (name)'s wrist just as a strong force pushed him back. (Name) gasped 'crap' she thought as she sprinted to the girls' bathroom.

Shark just stared shock 'what the hell?' He thought. Meanwhile, in the girls' bathroom, (name) sat in a stall as she panted heavily while cursing at herself for showing a bit of her power "I need to tell Vector" she said to herself taking out her D-gazer. The thought of how Vector would react seemed clear, he would take (name) back to Barian World and make her work with the plan. But right now, none of that mattered. So (name) dialed Vector's number waiting for him to pick up.

One ring.

Two rings.

Three rings.

Four rings.

"Hello?"

(Name) sighed in relief "hey Vec, where are you?" (Name) asked just in case, "I'm in the mens' room" again (name) sighed. She thought she had exposed Vector, she took a breath and spoke "Vec, I think I'm in trouble. I ran from Shark and when he grabbed my wrist I unconsciously forced him back" on the other side of the line (name) sweared she heard Vector choke on saliva as he pounded his chest for choke to leave him. "......Well it's either go to Barian World or make up lies" (name) pouted and frowned. Of course Vector was going to suggest Barian World, but she was also surprised to why he mentioned making lies. Did he plan to take over the Human World? (Name) started to think 'if I was Vector... How would I want to rule the Human World while my twin sister is there?' Then, it came to her.  'OH CRAP! HE IS!!' (Name)'s hand covered her mouth reminding her not to gasp "um.... I'll just avoid Shark and see what happens, thanks though" (name) said. When she ended the call she sighed for the thousandth time that day. Things weren't going well for her.

'Should I tell them the truth? Should I tell him the truth?'

(Name) didn't know why but the first person that came to her mind was Astral. Astral. Why him? Why not Shark, who was like her brothers. Or Yuma, who was her best male friend. Even so, (name)'s heart raced every time she saw him, her face would become hotter and she would try to force down her blush. Even his name would make her heart happy!! (Name) knew what the feeling was but she also knew that it would be unrequited love if it were to happen. And (name) would never let Vector hurt Astral. Never. Even if it cost her, her life.

Vector's POV
After going the 'Ray Way' with Yuma, I told him that I needed to go to the bathroom. And once I heard what Shark did to (name) I swear I was going to die by my own saliva. No one. And I mean NO. ONE. Touches my sister and gets away with it. I swear, that Shark is like Nacsh, oh how I wish u could bash his face in and make him scream in agony while showing me his tortured face, begging for me to kill him already. I got out of the bathroom after the call and found Yuma talking to that being from Astral world.

A glare came onto my face ad I stared at the being of Astral World, right there, right in front if me as I cringed. But I pushed the cringe down and placed began my role as Ray once again "I'M BACK YUMA!!!" I shouted with the bubbliest voice I could muster up "Oh! Hey Ray!" Yuma greeted me back as we talked about whatever Yuma brought up.

"And I heard that (name), somehow, forced Shark back"

My face became serious. My thoughts were clouding my mind. 'No, remember what (name) taught you. Take a deep breath and think rationally' I thought to myself. Looking at Yuma, I tilted my head in 'confusion' "how??" Yuma just shrugged his shoulders saying that he had no clue. I nodded and looked around finally seeing my sister talking to.......... Ugh... Shark. I saw how they had a short hug and I turned to look at Yuma yo get my mind off of the idea of (name) and Shark together. That's like saying me and Mizar started fucking! WHAT THE FREAKIN FUCK!!!!???? But I noticed out Astral glared slightly, following his gaze it landed on Shark 'no ass fucking way. ASTRAL LIKES MY SISTER!!!!!!!' I shouted mentally. I looked at (name) and back Astral. Then back at (name). Then back at Astral. Then back at (name). Then back at Astral. My mind was..... BLOWN! An Astral liking a Barian? That won't work, and if it did it would be unrequited love and I WILL NOT accept that crap! I know I'm suppose to let (name) love whoever she wants BUT STILL!!  It's like saying that you have a crush on the person that you want to kill!

The bell had rung signalling everyone to class. I followed Yuma as we continue to talk, but at times I would glance at (name) and Astral. Now I will be honest with you (and if you tell (name) then I'll kill you), I kind of think they're cute together. ONLY A BIT!! I hate the Astral's guts bit still.... Unrequited love. And I'm not repeating. I sigh as I run to a wall and continue to bang my head on it until "um... Ray, what are you doing?" I turn around seeing a confused Yuma and (name). Aw shit.... Just what I need, attention.
