This is where the medicine cat helps sick and injured cats. There is a pathway in the corner that leads behind the back wall of the cave, where the beds for the sick and injured cats are, and where the medicine cat and the medicine cat apprentice sleep. In front of the wall are niches in the side walls of the cave where the herbs are stored.
