New short story, sorry I haven't been updating at all :[
The song is what I was listening to during writing this into wattpad. This is a story I'm doing for an English assignment but I thought it had a good story so I'm putting it into this as a short story! Enjoy :3

Eleanor Pearce was a regular girl. She was often made fun of because of her appearance but she didn't care.

People always said she was a typical nerd: Braces, glasses, smart, weird, book-reader. Yes they were true but everyone always seem to leave out the part where she's reasonable funny, friendly, kind and beautiful, both inside and out.

It was a causal day in Canada, on the 18th of April. Eleanor was on her way to school for her eighth day there. She had started to get bullied but this time she didn't understand why. Maybe it was her musical ability? Or perhaps her grades, she wasn't quite sure. Yesterday she got tripped and fell down a couple stairs, her bag went flying as well as her books. She had gotten up without a fuss and walked it off when she overheard multiple people arguing. She peaked around the corner where she saw two adults yelling at Kassie -the leader of the group who was bullying Eleanor-

They were confronting her about her grades not being the best as possible. She tried to convince them she will improve but they weren't having any of it. Eventually they finished their arguing with a slap. Eleanor stops peeking around the corner and thinks to herself. She can't help but feel bad for Kassie, no one should be treated like that, even if they were doing the same thing to someone else. Eleanor decides to walk over to Kassie and offers her hand. Kassie hesitates but takes the hand and gets up.

"How and why are you here helping me? I've been so rude to you." She asks Eleanor.

"Because no body deserves to be spoken to like that, especially by their own parents. I can help you though, you won't have to experience that again. You just need to let me in." Kassie just stands there dumbfounded before she pulls Eleanor into a hug. She hugs her back when she realises Kassie starts to cry.

"You don't know how bad it gets at home. Please, help me." She pleaded.

"Of course Kassie, come on. You can stay at my house for a bit."

Over the next few weeks Kassie and Eleanor became really good friends. Kassie had noticed improvement in both her grades and the respect given to her by her parents. Eleanor had also stopped being picked on. During this time, Kassie had learned the true meaning of friendship. She had also learned the real definition of
