as you woke up
you found yourself in a hospital bed
the nurse went to you with a smile
but you knew it was a fake smile
she told you about your parents accident
and how they didn't survive
they tried their best to save them but it was kinda too late
they told you about your condition
your leukemia had gotten worst
you cried your heart out
you felt someone broke your fragile heart and
shattered in glasses of pieces you
desperately grabbing the pieces
of your shattered heart
the nurse left to give you some space
but when she left
you laughed
like a psychopath with tears keep streaming
"I HAVE BEEN POSITIVE FOR MY WHOLE LIFE
AND THIS WHAT IT GIVES ME! WHAT DID I DO TO HAVE THIS!
DON'T LET ME DIE YET! I HAVEN'T DONE MY GOAL YET!
....my goal.....my goal...is to remember all the good times before i die....."
you cried and mumble the last part
you cried even harder.
the door swung open
revealing your caring aunt
and your lovable older cousin
crying their heart out.
