Chapter 8 - deal or no deal

Warning: This chapter contains bad language / violence, along with threat etc.

" what the fuck? " Cameron yelled, stepping closer to the person behind the door.
I guess that was Grayson's queue, as he stood up to see who was there. My Aunt Macy followed, and the expression on her face when she got to the door wasn't good. I still had no clue who it was, and neither did my friends, or at least I thought that.
" Hide me " Kendall whispered, trying to stand up and move out of the room, until the door opened and the boy pushed his way into the house.
" Jax leave " Grandma demanded, that's when it kicked in.
Jax. I recognise his name.
My heart dropped as I realised, it was Kendall's abusive ex boyfriend.
" Get the fuck out, right now " Cameron yelled, as soon as he remembered that was her old partner too.
" And you're gonna make me? " Jax said mockingly.
" yeah we will, actually. Just leave, don't make this any worse for yourself " Ethan butted in, standing up and trying to lightly shove him out the door.
He didn't budge, instead he stood with a smug grin on his face, looking as evil as ever.
" Who even are you? " He knitted his brows, looking at Cameron.
" I'm her boyfriend, and we want you to go, right now " Cameron clenched his fists, and I stood in shock.
Jax laughed when he said he was her boyfriend, and Cameron rolled his eyes.

Blake, Hunter and Brandon stood up, trying to take Kendall into a different room until Jax pushed Brandon to the floor, making him fall and hit his head. That was when it kicked off.
Hunter jumped at him, throwing a few punches to his face which hit his nose. He winced at the pain, before throwing him back against the wall. Cameron, Ethan and Grayson got involved, kicking and punching Jax until they thought he had no chance. He breathed heavily, before standing up and pulling something out of his back pocket quickly.
We all gasped in shock, as he held a gun to Kendall's head.
" Don't you fucking dare " I screamed, walking towards him but Grayson pulled me back.
" don't " was all he whispered to try and calm me down.
My grandma and Aunt stood in shock, being as silent as possible to avoid a shooting.
" What do you want? " Ethan shouted, was he really about to shoot her?
" I have a deal " Jax raised an eyebrow, giving us the most devious look.
" no deals, now put the gun down and leave before we call the police " Ariel said, before he pushed the gun closer to Kendall's head, covering her mouth with his hand.
" Okay what do you want? " Olivia asked, trying to stay calm when we were all terrified.
I was shaking, my heart was racing, I could barely breathe. Was I really about to lose someone else?

" If I get Kendall, then I don't shoot " He smiled cheesily.
" No, not a chance, I'm calling the police " Cameron yelled, pulling out his phone which was soon shot out of his hand.
A bullet hitting the class and instantly shutting it down. Okay, this dick has clearly had some target practice. It was loud, echoing in our ears as we screamed in shock.
" What the f- " Cameron began rushing towards him, before he looked at the gun and stopped.
" She's mine, or she dies, your choice " He repeated.

The whole time all of us were stood in silence, not having a clue what to do. What do you do in that situation? We can't call the police otherwise he'll shoot the fricking phone, we can't beat him up because he has a gun, and we can't exactly tell him to take Kendall.

" take me, it's fine " Kendall said, pushing his hand off her mouth.
" Kendall don't " Cameron said, pulling her back to our side.
" It's either that or I die " She was trying not to cry as she looked up into Cameron's eyes.
With that, Cameron flung himself at Jax, grabbing the gun and throwing it against the wall.
He threw several punches until Jax was on the floor, and that's when he pulled Cameron down, returning the kicks and hits.
" Get the fuck off! " Ethan screamed, as all of the boys ended up trying to get Jax off of Cameron.
This was literally a life or death situation, and I had no idea what to do.

" Give me the fucking gun! " Cameron yelled.
Grayson hesitated before chucking the gun, and it landed just next to Cameron's leg.
He picked it up, holding it to Jax's face, that's when he stopped hitting him.
" Get out now! " Kendall screamed, tears running out of her eyes as she looked at Jax angrily.
With that, Jax threw his last punch, this time at Blake, who didn't even deserve it one bit.
Neither did any of them, to be honest.
I heard a loud bang, before covering my ears at the sound. I glanced over at Jax, who lay on the floor screaming in pain, as blood began to form on the floor next to him.
I looked at Cameron, before realising something which made my heart drop.
Cameron shot him.

A/N- I'm terrible at writing action / drama scenes, but I tried!! CAMERON THE MURDERER AY! No I'm kidding he doesn't die 😂 Updating a lot today! Sorry this chapter is super short too X
