Chapter 3 - mine

" what? " I mutter, feeling Grayson wrap his arms around my shoulders.
" I'm sorry I shouted... " he sighed, before turning me around so I was facing him.
" I don't care " I said blankly, even though inside I did.
" Anna I'm sorry... I just really love you and I want us to be together, we were happy... " He frowns, and I could see the sadness in his eyes.
I miss it too, but it can't happen. We were happy, but me being in Florida and him being in Jersey wouldn't work.
" we were happy, Grayson " I hated myself for saying it out loud.
" we could be happy again, just please give me a chance, Anna " He was being honest, I could see it in his eyes.
I couldn't help but throw myself into his arms, crying even more than I already was.
It killed me inside being mad at him, or being away from him...
I know you're saying, you can be friends!!!
But it's hard to be just friends when you love them in a way that can't be ignored.
" I'll do whatever it takes " he whispered, placing gentle kisses on my shoulder.
I smiled into his chest, before looking up at him and placing a kiss on his lips.
Even though this wasn't going to work out the way we wanted and we knew it, I had two weeks to spend with him. But once he's left, I don't know what I'll do.

I woke up the next morning wrapped in Grayson's arms, and it made me smile instantly.
I have dance today at my new studio, and my friends are coming along too, because why not?
The new studio I'm dancing at is terrible, not going to lie. The people in my class know about my YouTube and social media, I guess you could say they're jealous. They sometimes tease me about my friends, saying they're too good for me.
I shook off the thought, even though all of my friends knew about what they'd been doing.
I was nervous, I don't want there to be any drama but I feel like they'll say something :/

I hopped out of bed, putting my hair into a bobble and throwing on a grey hoodie.
I applied some waterproof mascara and brushed my teeth, before taking a posey photo for Instagram.

I laughed at the comments and went into Kendall and Cameron's room, before throwing a water bottle at his face.
" you little shit " I mutter, before jumping onto the bed and hitting him playfully.
We ended up play fighting, until Kendall woke everyone up from laughing too loud.
" Get ready guys, I'm sorted! " I laugh, taking a bite out of an apple.
" give me a chance woman " Brandon smirked, before going up to the room he was sleeping in and getting ready.
Everyone got ready, and we began walking to the studio.
It's only a few minutes to walk there, which was great.
I held Grayson's hand on the way there. I could get used to this... but I can't. It kills me knowing that.
" So are you guys together again? " Olivia asked, looking at me and Grayson.
I shrugged, looking at Grayson who smiled.
" we're not official.... we need to figure out what we're doing before we start our relationship up again " Grayson said.
I couldn't agree with him more. I love him and want to be with him, but I need to decide if Florida is where I want to be. All the time I've been in Florida, I've kind of been wanting to go back to Jersey... but I don't know, we'll see how it goes here.
" Yeah, but I do miss Granna " Hunter laughs and everyone agrees.
" I miss seeing you two cuddled up on the sofa together, as sick as it made me at the time " Ethan joked.
I punched his arm jokingly as we reached the studio and stepped inside.
I smiled, earning no smiles in return. How fricking rude.
" oh, these are your friends, Anna? " one of the girls named Hailee smirked, looking each of the boys up and down. Not in a million years is she going to talk to them. Nope.
" Yes " I said, rolling my eyes at her.
My friends could obviously tell she was one of the people giving me trouble, so they just stared at her blankly.
" Nice to meet you guys, Anna has told me so much about you all, we're like bestfriends here at the studio " She smiled fakely, wrapping her arm around me and I pulled away.
Get your lanky arms away bitch.
" nice try. let's go guys " Blake says, and we shove past her.
" Thanks Blake " I smiled.
He shrugged it off, as I stepped in to see my instructor. She was nice, but I miss Jamie. She doesn't compare.
" Hey, these your friends? " she asked, smiling kindly, holding her hand out to shake.
I nodded and they all smiled back.
" You're working on your hip hop solo, get going " She said, walking towards the speakers which she turned on.
Soon the song meet in the middle ( ekali remix ) began playing, and I started dancing.
All of my friends were recording on their phones, adding it to their Snapchat stories.
Even though they weren't dancing with me, I felt happy to have them there. But that's when I realised, I have Olivia.
Once I finished my solo, I drank some water and went over to my friends.
" Liv, remember our duo? " I asked, still breathing heavily.
" Yep " she said popping the p.
" let's do it " I laughed, and she nodded before walking onto the dance floor with me.
I found the song on YouTube, before clicking play and dancing with Liv. The song was The A Team by Ed Sheeran.
It was a lyrical / contemporary dance, and had many turns and pirouettes.
We did a split jump, flying through the air before landing on the floor perfectly.
We finished the dance, before high fiving each other for remembering the dance.
I'd got Grayson to record on his phone, so I could post it to Instagram later.

" that was great guys " All of our friends said, doing silly dance moves to make us laugh.
I giggled and grabbed their hands, pulling them to the centre of the floor to dance with me.
Brandon and I pretended to be a couple, as I twirled him around. He jumped up, expecting me to catch him. He's quite light, so I almost caught him. Until I started laughing and fell to the floor, Brandon landing on top of me in fits of laughter.
Cameron fell to the floor also out of laughter, since he'd caught it on video.
" you need to send me that! " I manage to say in between breaths, trying to recover from laughing.
Cameron sent me the video, and we all gathered around to watch it. We couldn't stop laughing at my face, and Brandon flying through the air and landing on me.

We made our way home, stopping at Starbucks on the way to get a drink. We ordered and paid, leaving with delicious beverages.
" What should we do now? " I asked, opening the door as we'd arrived home.
" It's pretty sunny.... pool day? " Olivia giggled, and we all nodded.
They'd brought swimming costumes, so they went upstairs to change. Once they were ready we made our way to my backgarden, turning up the music, as we grabbed the floats.
I have a shed in my back garden, filled with pool floats. I have a donut ring, pretzel and I lilo. I pulled them all out with the help of Ethan, throwing them into the pool without hesitation.
" Canon ball! " Hunter screamed at the top of his lungs, before jumping into the pool and splashing us all.
" Hunter! " Ariel shouted, jumping in after him so that when he'd come up the surface he would be splashed.
The plan worked, and as he came up to take a breath, he was splashed with water from Ariel's jump. I laughed and grabbed Brandon, pushing him in. Kendall and Cameron had already gotten in, and Blake was helping Ariel splash hunter even more.
Suddenly, Grayson lifted me over his shoulder and span me around, making me squeal.
" Grayson! Put me down!! " I yelled, laughing as I said it.
" nope " he smirked, before standing on the edge of the pool, about to throw me in.
He dropped me in, and I went under the water. I pretended I hadn't come back up, making him jump in the water after me.
" Got you " I giggled, and he let out a light laugh before pulling me closer to his chest.
We stared into each others eyes, before he leaned in placing his lips against mine.
And in that moment, I made my decision.
He's mine.
