Hi guys! Unannounced hiatus over haha! Today's chapter is all about making/creating your very own spell!

First things first, before you do your own spell, make sure you have a good grasp on energy work. It's really useful to be able to move energy around as you need it, or store what you don't use. If you think you have a handle on energy, let's move on!

The way I'll teach you how to make your own spell, is by breaking down the spell into little pieces.

First you have: Your Intention. Why do you want to do this spell? What are you trying to achieve?

Next you have: Ingredients. What do you want to put in this spell? Is there anything you need that you don't have on hand? Related to ingredients is: Correspondence. What meaning does that ingredient have? (Ex: rose petals for love, clover for luck, mint for prosperity.) Does it mean something special? What meaning do you want the spell to have?

***MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT is what you use to represent the person the spell is for!! A hair, their name, a picture, a drawing, something they wrote, a doll meant for them, anything to represent them! If the spell is for you, use your own things.***

Then you have: Timing. Would this spell work better on a waning gibbous moon, or a full moon? Is it better to do at dusk or dawn? Again, correspondence means that all the times have different meanings and could help or hurt the spell.

Finally, you have: How it's Put Together. Also you could say: How it's Released. Do you want the finished thing near you and your energy? Do you want it ripped up and throw in the garbage? If you want someone/thing to metaphorically rot away, use things that decompose like fruit or biodegradable things and put it in a box filled with dirt outside. If you're trying to protect someone, put the charm close to you so you can keep an eye on it.

Okay. That was probably a lot to take in. I'm going to walk you through making a spell with an example. The example will be a cute little love spell!

First: My intention is for ________ to notice me, and notice my best aspects!

Second: I'll need: Rose petals (for attracting love/beauty ), rose quartz (for peaceful love), a red candle (for passion/relationships), a picture of ________ or their name written down (something to represent them), and a jar to put everything in!

Third: I'll do this on a waxing crescent moon, at dawn! Both represent a new beginning, and I want to begin a relationship!

Finally: First I'll clean and cleanse my jar, just in case it has been used before. Then, I'll hold the picture/name of ________  and concentrate on putting loving energy into the taglock (Taglock is what you use to represent the person). Then I place it in the jar, and add in the rose petals and rose quartz continuing to focus on calm, loving energy. Finally, I close the jar, light the candle, and let it burn a bit. Once I have some wax melted, start pouring it on the lid to seal it. This is optional, so be careful if you decide to do it! Keep the whole thing close, beside my bed, or on a dresser where I'll see it and think of it.

Also a quick note, when you do spells, you have to help it in the physical world. Spells are helping hands, not miracles. If you do a job spell, you still have to apply for jobs. The spell only helps what YOU put into action. If you do a love spell, say hello to the person! Or offer to help them if they are struggling with something.

If you're confused on anything, want me to make a more detailed tutorial, or if you want help creating a custom spell, comment or message me! I'll be glad to help ♥

That's all for today! I'll update soon, if you have a topic you're dying to hear about, comment or message me! Feel free to ask about spells, energy work, glamours, diy charms, etc. See you next time!
