Another day, another story.

Harry Lewis, aged 15, hopped off from the brightly reflected, yellow school bus. As he did so, some kids pushed past him and he just scowled, holding his breath as he always did.

He was wearing a dark peach hoodie, some light blue skinny jeans that were complimented with some white sneakers. The boy's hair was a light blonde, that was ruffled and messy; hanging over his baby blue orbs. Over his shoulder was a light blue rucksack, which had  the indentation of a flower on the front pocket. He had done it himself.

He sighed, pulling his pearly white earphones from his ears before slipping his phone into the front pocket of his hoodie.

Then, he walked past all the many cliques that were lingering on the grounds before the first period they had.

He could already feel the ocean of eyes on him, being the new kid; again.

Harry had been settled there for almost three weeks, but in such a small town, it wasn't common to have a complete stranger join your school.. Especially someone so peculiar.

"Pretty in pink!" The group of jocks who had been harassing the boy piped up, one of the pointing at Harry before they all started laughing.

The blonde boy stopped on his tracks, sending them a harsh glare. He glanced around the group, knowing the names of some of the guys there. He knew the one yelling was called Ethan, there was others called Simon, JJ and Tobi. The only one he couldn't remember was the quiet boy with dark hair, with a nice amount of stubble lining his jaw.

Harry didn't mind the boy known as Tobi, and the bearded once seemed alright too. It was just the other three, who constantly picked on him for reasons he was yet to understand.

"It's salmon," Harry responded, not understanding that the boys would only harass him more for his retaliation.

The three rude boys all burst out into a laugh, the tallest of them, JJ, almost falling over with laughter.

Harry just shot the laughing guys a concerned look, as if they were the strange ones. Soon after, his eyes shot up to the two decent boys of the group.

"Leave it boys," Tobi addressed, though he was giggling slightly. But, it could be assumed that he was only laughing at how his friends were overreacting.

"Fucking salmon, he's wearing SALMON," Simon laughed out with mocking tears in his eyes, putting on a feminine tone to try and belittle the younger boy.

Harry frowned, honestly being fairly insecure with his 'different' voice. Though, he saw that the bearded boy of the group- who's name was unknown- was sending him a quiet smile, as if to address that he wasn't going to join in with mocking him just cause everyone else was.

The blonde smiled back to the brunette, only slightly however. With that, he continued on to his first lesson, the thought of the unknown jock still at the front of his mind.

"Hey," A voice spoke up to Harry later that day, as he was walking to the cafeteria.

Harry was almost shocked that someone was greeting him rather than bullying him.

Harry's head whipped around, seeing a small boy who he had met a couple days prior approach him.

"Vik," Harry greeted to the boy who was in the year above, but honestly he was so small that he could be a first-year.

The cinnamon boy smiled, pushing his glasses further up on his nose. "Hey, I like your hoodie!"

Harry grinned, the small compliment meaning more than Vik or him could comprehend. "Thanks!"
