Breakfast was quiet to say the least as Viktor just stared out of the window completely lost in thought. It was so unlike Viktor to act in such a way when usually he was always so happy, grabbing onto Yuri, and crying because he wasn't getting the attention he thought he deserved. Yuri was completely at a loss as to what could be bothering the male other than if Yuri had said or did something to upset the Russian. Yuri looked up from his breakfast at the males blank expression, back down to his now cold eggs. Yuri... wasn't hungry anymore. He stood up silently from the table, quickly catching the eye of Viktor. From the look on Yuri's face, it made Viktor remain silent as he watched him clean his plate and cup before leaving the room.

Viktor sighed as he knew what Yuri was thinking. The male tended to blame himself for everything before knowing the full situation but Viktor was the one to blame for that as he refused to tell him anything. He stood from the table to go clean his plate when he heard sniffling from the hallway. He quickly sat the plate and cup on the counter top before running to find Yuri sitting down against the wall, crying into his knees as he held onto his legs. "Yuri..." Viktor whispered as to not scare the male, sat down in front of him to pull him into a protective hug. His heart clenched inside his chest as Yuri wrapped his shaking arms around his waist tightly.

"I... I'm sorry..." He said through tiny hiccups and breaths. He buried his face into Viktor's shoulder as Viktor placed his hands on Yuri's shoulder to pull him back enough to look into his eyes.

"Yuri, you have nothing to apologize for." He said as he moved his hands up from Yuri's shoulders to cup his cheek, wiping away the males tears with his thumbs. "I promise you, everything is going to be alright, just..." He sighed. "I'm just having these constant nightmares that make it unable for me to sleep at night so I'm just a little out of it." Viktor didn't necessarily lie, but he didn't speak the whole truth.

"But... I~I'm the one making those night-nightmares bother you right?" Yuri sniffled as his hands rested against Viktor's leg. Viktor's eyes widened with surprise at the males words. He never once blamed Yuri for the nightmares. He shook his head as he drew the male back into his arms.

"No Yuri, just my own self, I promise. I'll get back to normal soon, maybe I just need some sleeping medicine." He said, trying everything he could to make Yuri happy again. Finally, after a few moments passed between the two, Yuri nodded. He felt the male shift in his arms wanting to sit up. When he looked into the males eyes, Yuri wiped away his own tears.

"Why... why don't we just skip practice today, take a break so we can both get our heads on straight." He offered with a faint smile that made Viktor's heart flutter. He jumped toward the male as he wrapped his arms around his neck.

"Yuri~!!!" He drew out the males name as the two now laid on the ground due to the impact of Viktor knocking into Yuri. The two went silent as they stared into each others eyes before bursting out into laughter. They both knew no matter the circumstances, neither of the two could stay upset long when they both made each other so happy. Viktor laid his head against his husband's shoulder as he looked off into space. "Let's go out today Yuri. I can show you around Russia and show you all of the places that I love and you could someday grow to love as well."

Yuri didn't hesitate as he nodded at the males offer. "I know that as long as I experience the world with you Viktor, I'll fall deeply in love with these places  just as you have." Viktor looked up into Yuri's eyes who was now smiling down toward him. He couldn't help but to return the beautiful smile as he rested his head against Yuri's shoulder once again.
