Birds sang and tree leaves brushed together as wind blew by. The sun over the mountains, casting some shadows over the city. It was such a peaceful day, so much that it almost drowned out the distant cracking noises that came from the mountains.

Hero groaned as he awoke. Slowly opening his eyes, having no light around them. He looked to the dragon that was around him and smiled. Recognizing the dragon instantly and putting a hand on his snout.

Gently and softly, not wanting to wake the peaceful sleep that EndFire was having. He looked around groggily, seeing more people up here then he thought he would in the first place. He looked around the room, not being familiar with this scenery.

What had happened? How'd he end up here?

He thought for a moment, soon remembering the storm, and his drainage of power. He rubbed his sore eyes, not feeling the greatest. He was pushed forwards a bit while doing so.

EndFire moved his head and opened his eyes, purring a reptilian purr when seeing his master. Hero smiled and rubbed his snout gently. "Glad to see you're awake." EndFire smiled.

Hero smiled in return, and nodded. He looked around the room and took note to some of the details. They just seemed... Familiar.

He shook his head and sighed. Looking back to EndFire he shifted in his position. EndFire tilted his head a bit and realized what he was doing.

Hero got up from his position and stood in place. He brung his arms over his head in a stretch and relaxed his shoulders afterwards. He looked back to EndFire, who had gotten up from his position as well. He was very close to him.

Hero smiled at the dragon and put a hand on EndFires snout. EndFire smiled and closed his eyes in delight at the touch.

A loud creaking noise disrupted the peacefulness though. EndFire opened his eyes, his smile instantly fading and Turing to a small snarl. He moved his body around behind Hero with his tail almost meeting his head.

His wings opened up a bit with the inside one going above Hero. The two looked to where it came from and ended up looking at the giant hole in the side of the building.

They didn't see anything that could've caused this but still remained where they were. A loud crack then echoed through the quiet building and a chuck of the building fell from where it was hanging.

It hit the ground with a loud thud! Which was followed by cracking noises as the piece broke into tiny pieces. Everyone jolted awake to this noise. Phantom instantly spreading his wings to protect Sky. Reaper jumped about a foot in the air, his fur bristled and sunk into the shadows when he landed on the ground.

And Entity... Well, he almost fell off the edge of the building. But thanks to Reaper, he didn't.

"What in creation was that?!" Entity screeched as he backed away from the edge. Reaper got out of the shadows and peered over the edge. "Looks like a piece of what you humans call: Building." He said thoughtfully. Happy with himself that he remembered something in this world outside of the tunnels.

"Oh okay, it's always nice to know that the building we're staying in, is falLING APART!" Entity yelled at the ceiling. He got up to his feet and turned around, his back now facing the gaping hole. He was starting to walk over to the door and looked to EndFire.

He stopped walking when he spotted Hero. He sighed in relief. "Thank Goddess you're okay."

Hero smiled weakly and rubbed EndFire snout. EndFire smiled and purred, he straightened himself out and rubbed his head against Hero.
