Chapter Eighteen

Kelsey’s POV
This is it!

Mom: Kelsey!! I missed you!

Kelsey: I missed you too Mother! Now. I have a surprise for you!

Mom: I wonder what it is?

I ushered Michael to come out of the car.

Michael: Hey Mom.

Mom: Michael! You’re here! I was so worried.

My mom said with tears spilling out of her eyes.

Michael: Aw! Mom, don’t cry!

Michael went inside and I heard Kylie scream. I assume she saw Michael. I can’t imagine how she’ll react when she’ll meet all of One Direction. My mom and Kylie lived in a small neighborhood called Bellerose about an hour away from the city. Kylie, Michael, and I grew up in that house. Kylie was staying with Mom since her uni was about 15 minutes away. Memories come back to me every time I come here. Memories of Andy, Lexi, Lauren, and Jessica playing with Barbie’s and playing dress up. Memories of me and my dad.

Kelsey: Mom. I want you to meet someone.

Liam: Hi Mrs. Anderson! I’m Liam Payne.

Mom: Hi. Um Kelse, why am I meeting him?

Kelsey: He’s umm, umm my b-b-boyfriend.

Mom: Oh! So you’re the Liam that Kylie was telling me about!! It’s great to meet you hon!
Liam: It’s nice to meet you as well Mrs. Anderson!

Mom: Don’t call me that, it makes me feel old! Call me Kate!

Mom and Liam continued to chat, as I grew bored.

Kelsey: Mom! Are you gonna let us in, or make us stand outside the entire day?!
Mom: Oops! Come on in!

I dragged Liam away and found Kylie.

Kylie: Hi!

I realized that Kylie wasn’t talking to me, but was talking to Liam! Liam and Kylie started to talk.

Kelsey: Hello!? Remember me Kylie? You know your sister?

Kylie: Oh, hey Kelse.

Kelsey: That’s it?! That’s all you’re going to say to me! I mean I haven’t seen you in the past few weeks!

Kylie: Okay, okay!

9 hours later…

Liam and I left a few minutes ago. We all had a great time! All of our families love the boys. We were driving back to my apartment, when Liam spoke up.

Liam: I want you to meet my family.

Kelsey: But they live in England.

Liam: So.

Kelsey: Well if you haven’t noticed, England’s like thousands of miles away from New York!

Liam: We’ll fly out there on the weekend and stay there for about a week or two. I mean, if you’re ready to meet my family.

Kelsey: What if they don’t like me.

Liam went off to the side and turned on the emergency signal.

Liam: They won’t like you, they’ll love you!

Kelsey: You don’t know that.

Liam: Actually I do. Anyone would be crazy not to love you. Plus Nicola and Ruth read my tweet and blabbed to my mom and dad. When I spoke to my mom, she yelled at me for 10 minutes straight for not bringing you home with me yet.

Kelsey: *laughs* Liam, what’s gonna happen to us when you go on tour again. Or even when you go home?

Liam: I don’t know about tour, but I’ll see you at home!

Kelsey: I live in New York! You live in Wolverhapton, England!

Liam: I’m sure we’ll figure something out.

That’s when I got a call and Liam started to drive again. I couldn’t believe who it was.
