Chapter Twenty-Two

Kelsey's POV

It was Liam Payne himself. 

Liam: Umm, Can I umm, talk to you Kelsey. Alone.

Kelsey: Wait. 

I walked back into the living room where the girls and Harry were waiting. 

Kelsey: You guys should go back. Now. 

Andy: Are you sure.

Kelsey: Positive. 

I led them out the back door. I told Niall, Louis, and Zayn to go as well.

Liam: I'm sorry Kelsey.

Kelsey: Sorry for what? That you lost me, or sorry that I'm not crying over you. Begging you to take me back. 

Liam: I'm sorry for losing you. But I have to admit. I thought you would me the slightest bit upset. 

Kelsey: I am. I am deeply hurt inside. I just put on a smile for them. I feel really guilty that Andy came her and called them. I ruined their vacation. I just pretended to be happy so they could go back to their vacations and enjoy their time with each other. As much as I wanted to cry my eyes out, watch chick flicks, and eat buckets of ice cream, I had to smile for them. 

Liam: Listen Kelsey. I never had any intention of hurting you. The bet, it was all a joke. It didn't mean anything. The lads thought I was too girly and sensitive, so they dared me to go after you. Then I got you. As I got to know you, I fell in love with you. I got to know you better and I realized that I was in love with you. I swear, I meant everything I said to you. I love you. 

At this point, I was in tears. Again. 

Liam: I understand if you don't forgive me. But Kelsey, just know that I love you. I get it if you need your time. I'll wait forever for you. 

Kelsey:*whispers* I love you Liam. 

He pulled me in a hug. 

Liam: So do you forgive me?

Kelsey: Yes. 

Liam picked me up and spun me around. 

Liam's POV

I don't what I would've done if she hadn't forgiven me. I love her, I really do. I cried and cried when she left me. I took out the chocolate bar I got for her and gave it to her. 

Liam: I got you some chocolate.

Kelsey: Yay! 

She took off the wrapper and started to eat it. 

Kelsey's POV

I'm glad I'm back with Liam. 

Liam: So how about we finally go to Wolverhampton?

Kelsey: I'd love that. 

Liam: Oh, and no one in my family knows about what happened. 

Kelsey: No one in my family knows either! 

Liam: Well then, let's go mi'lady! 

Liam and I are heading to Wolverhampton today. When I told Lauren, Lexi, Andy, and Jess, they were ecstatic. They're gonna meet up with us next week. Aubrey's coming too! I met her once, she's awesome!!

Liam: We're here babe. 

Kelsey: Mm. 

I got out of the car and took my luggage. 

Liam: I got the luggage's. Go inside. 

Kelsey: No! Liam it's really heavy!

Liam: Kelse, do you not see my hot muscles and abs?

Kelsey: Shut up! Just give it back.

We stood there arguing for about 10 minutes.

Nicola: Are you two going to continue bickering, or come in?

Liam: Nicola!

Kelsey: Hi Nicola.

Nicola: Hi baby brother! Hey Kelse! It's great seeing you again.

Kelsey: Same goes for you!

Liam: Nicola, can you please tell her to go inside so I can take our stuff.

Kelsey: But-

Nicola: No buts! He's a dude. Come on in!

Before going in, I wacked Liam on the head.

Liam: Ow! What was that for?!

Kelsey: For being a jerk!

At this point Nicola was doubling over in laughter. 

Karen: Kelsey! It's lovely seeing you!

Mrs. Payne came over and hugged me. 

Kelsey: Hi Mrs. Payne! It's great to see you!

Karen: Now, what did I say about calling me Mrs. Payne?

I smiled sheepishly. 

Kelsey: Sorry, I forgot?

Geoff: Hi Kelsey!

Kelsey: Hi Mr. Payne! 

Nicola: Do you want to go shopping tomorrow?

Kelsey: I'd love to! But where's Ruth?

Ruth: I'm home! 

Ruth came in to the kitchen, where we all were, with a bunch of shopping bags. 

Ruth: Oh my God! Kelsey! I'm so happy you're here!

Kelsey: Ruth! I'm really happy to be here!

They all laughed. 

Karen: Hey, where's Liam?

Kelsey: He was being irritating, and wouldn't let me take my bags, then Nicola told me to come in. I told him my bags were heavy, but would he listen, noo! I bet he's struggling right now. 

Ruth: Idiot. 

Liam: Kelsey! What the hell did you bring! It's so damn heavy!!

Kelsey: Told you. 

After dinner, I helped Mrs. Payne with cleaning up. Then, I went up to Liam's room. He had his eyes closed, and as listening to a song with headphones on. I quietly lay down next to him. I took out a headphone and put it in my ear. 

Liam: Oh, hey Kelse. 

Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol was playing. 

Kelsey: I love this song. I want it to be played at my wedding. You know. The first dance. 

Liam: Is that so?

Kelsey: Yep. I don't want Beethoven or anything. 

She put his arm around me and and put his face in the crook of my neck.
