Back story

You and jimin had been best friends since you could remember. You did everything together, you had been through everything together, he was always there for you and you for him. You were inseparable. You two were in your second to last year of high school. And let's just say you kind of had a mini giant crush on him.

Okay story officially starts now

You were walking through the school gates when you heard your name being called. "(Y/n)!!! Hey!! Wait up!!" You instantly new who's voice it was and walked even faster cause well it's hilarious to see this kid run haha.
You felt someone grab your arm and turn you around. "Jimin-ah get your sweaty hands of me!" You scolded him trying to hide your giggles in as you saw him gripping his knees dying from his little sprinting session (of which you caused). He looked up at you a little annoyed, "What???!!! I'm sweaty cause you just made me run a hundred miles ya meanie!!!" He yelled at you with frustrated eyes, puffing his cheeks out in annoyance. You suddenly burst into laughter, you couldn't hold it in after seeing him pull that face. He just glared at you with a slight pout. You slowly started to get your composure back and breathed out wiping a slight tear that had formed in your fit of laughter. "Okay, okay, hehe I'm sorry, enough with the pouting, you look ugly" you said while poking his cheek. He just huffed. "Fine, but I'm gonna get you back for that." He replied still pouring a tiny bit. You placed your hand hand his cheeks, "aigoo~ my jiminie oppa is so cute when he's mad haha" you said and pulled away. He blushed slightly and looked away but you didn't really notice it. "Shut up. Let's just head to class" he said in a frumpy tone. "Haha okay let's go"

He got over his little tantrum straight away as soon as you entered English.

You were packing your stuff up now. You and jimin have different classes for the rest of the day. But jimin always walks you to your second class, just as you were about to enter he stopped you. "(Y/n) I just remembered I won't be able to hang out with you at lunch, I have practice Kay?" He said with an apologetic smile. You smiled understandingly. "That's fine. I'll see you after school by the gates?" You replied sweetly. He nodded. "Kay bye chimchim" then we were off.

I was sitting underneath the tree where jimin and I normally sit together. I was bored out of my mind. I suddenly had a brilliant idea 'I'll just go listen to him practice'. I packed my lunch up and headed to the practice rooms. As I reached the door I could hear him singing. I just stood there listening to his beautiful voice.

He had finished and I was about enter to praise him when I heard him say something that confused me and broke my heart.
"I hope she likes it, if I'm going to confess today it needs to be perfect. I wonder what (y/n) will say when she finds out though" he said to himself.

I was heartbroken, 'he liked someone? He was going to confess to them?' I was confused, 'what does he mean what will I think? What will I think when I find out he has a crush? What will I think when gets a girlfriend and forgets about me?' Through all my negative thoughts I finally had one small positive one 'what if he meant what will I think when he confesses... to me?' I sighed "yeah right, like that's what he meant" Suddenly the door opened. I looked up a little scared that I've been caught. Jimin also looked quite surprised. "(Y/n) what are you doing here? How long have you been here?" He asked standing staring right at me. Me having heard what he had said found it hard to look him in the eyes so averted my gaze. "I just got here, I was bored hehe" I lied and placed my best fake smile on. He just kept staring at me, making me want to breakdown. "You're a terrible liar (y/n)" he said and pulled me into the practice room. "What do you mean?" I said looking at the ground. He walked up to me me and stood there. "You've been standing there for awhile haven't you? You heard what I said didn't you?" He asked quietly and sweetly. After hearing his soft angelic voice speak those words i let out a tear. I nodded still facing the ground, I wiped my face. He put his finger under my chin and made me look at him. He gazed into my eyes, "so what's you're answer?" He said nervously. I stood there confused, "m-my answer?", he nodded shyly. "You heard me didn't you, my confession song for you?" I stood there shocked "that was for me??" I said excitedly. He just chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Yeah hehe, who'd you think it was for?" I looked down remembering all my negative thoughts getting a bit sad "I thought you were going to confess to another girl" I said in a whisper. He just laughed, I looked up at him curiously. He just giggled then said "you know I like you yet you're still getting upset over your silly thought" I blushed realising what he said was true and that I must seem ridiculous. He then took me by surprise and placed his hands on my cheeks. "So like I said, what's your answer?" He spoke looking lovingly into my eyes pleading me to say yes. I was so lost in his beautiful orbs that I couldn't even speak all I could do was nod. He smiled brightly and hugged me tight. I snuggled against his chest breathing in his scent. And just I was getting comfortable he pulled away. Just as I was about to complain I felt soft warm lips pressed on mine. I was shocked at first but closed my eyes and happily kissed back. We both were smiling like idiots when we pulled away.

Then the bell rang interrupting our beautiful moment making me curse
"Mother trucker" jimin just chuckled at my dorkiness and pecked my cheek grabbing my hand. "Come on jagi, we don't want to be late for class" he said smiling at me. "Fine but I have to say something first"
"I love you" we both said in unison.
