Ash vs Tobias Part 1

Thank you, AnshKikani for being the first one to request! A big shoutout to you! But I have made a slight change in Ash's lineup because Pikachu is just too undroppable in any of Ash's 6 Pokemon xD With that settled, Let's get this first rolling!

"Ladies and Gentlemen, on our left, we have our challenger from Pallet Town, all the way from Kanto. He has competed in various Pokemon Leagues from across the regions. He has even dominated the Orange League Championship! Let's give our hands to Ash Ketchum!" The commentator says.

The crowd went wild, clapping for Ash's arrival to the stage. Within the crowd lies a honey blonde hair girl. She heard how hard Ash had prepared for this moment. Winning this match will bring Ash one step closer to reaching his ultimate goal of being a Pokemon Master, the very same goal he had when he set off on his first journey.

The commentator continued, "On our right."

He paused for a moment to let the crowd cheers to die down. He added, "We have our Sinnoh Champion, Tobias!"

The crowd instantly went crazier and wilder than the first as Tobias appeared from the shadows in his usual same calm, cool and collected way.

Now, the green plain battlefield was now set with both trainers on each end.

The commentator added again, "Tobias has been undefeated ever since he overthrew Cynthia two years ago, directly after his victory in the Sinnoh League. Speaking about three years ago, Ash and Tobias had a thrilling battle back then, however, of course, Tobias had won. Interesting, Ash was the only competitor then able to take out 2 of Tobias' Pokemon. Will Ash be able to seek his revenge? Or will Tobias repeat his winning formula to retain his crown? We will soon find out!"

Tobias shouted across the field and asked Ash, "So this is our rematch?"

"Yeah, but this time, I'm gonna win!" Ash yelled across with confidence.

"We will see about that" Tobias replied still with that same tone.

The judge then said, "This is a 6 on 6 Pokemon Battle with the Sinnoh Champion spot on the line. Both sides are able to switch Pokemon at any time of the Battle. Ash, Tobias, please show your Pokemon simultaneously. GO!

"Sceptile, I choose you!" Ash said as he threw his Pokeball high up in the sky.

At the same time, Tobias also said, "Hhmm," as he threw his Pokemon lightly, revealing Darkrai.

At the stands

Serena curiously pointed her Pokedex to the new Pokemon she just saw. It read out loud: 'Darkrai, the Pitch-Black Pokémon. Darkrai can cause people and Pokémon to have nightmares.'

'So this was the one feared by many challengers,' she thought to herself

Back to the battlefield

The two Pokemon stared at each other, recalling their previous encounter which had Sceptile winning owing to Ash's will allowing Sceptile to break free of Darkrai's dark void.

"Let the battle begin. The challenger shall have the first attack!" the judge said.

"Oh yess," Ash said to himself, smiling.

"Sceptile, use Leaf Storm!" Ash said.

"Darkrai Ice beam," Tobias said quickly without wasting a breath.

The two strong attacks collided in the midfield, creating a haze between the two Pokemon. After the haze subsided, both Pokemon is revealed still standing.
