Chap. 6

You woke up and Sal was no longer beside you . You realized that it was daylight out and you managed to sleep all night , without having a nightmare .

Something about not waking up in tbe middle of the night made you feel happy. You didnt really know why , but it just did .

You stretched and slowly got out of bed . You walked out of your room and walked downstairs , into the living room . Sal was laying on the couch sleeping.

You smiled at his sleeping face . He was slightly drooling on his pillow and he took up the whole couch .

Just then you felt a vibration in your pocket . You realized it was you phone and you had gotten a text .

Zach : Hey wanna hang out ?

You : yeah sure . When

Zach : in 10mins , at the park , You and me?

You : why not

Zach : see you there

You when up stairs a put on presentable clothes and wrote a note for Sal . You walked out the door and headed to the park .

When you got there you saw Zach sitting on a bench and waving at you . You walked to him and sat down .

" Hey pretty lady " he winked .

" Hi " You said awkwardly .

You and him talked and laughed for a few hours , but you felt werid because he kept trying to hit on you and hold your hand .

" Alright , I have to get home " You said .

" Already ? " he whined

" Yeah , Sals probably worried "

" Y/n "

" What ? "

" Will you go on a date with me ? " he asked with pleading eyes .

You shrugged your shoulders and thought for a second . ' He's a nice guy , he just dosent know boundaries . I need to try again with dating , so ill try '

" Why not "

Zach smiled .

" Let me take you home again "

" Okay "

Zach took you home and got out . He walked you to the door and hugged you. The front door opened and Sal was standing there . He looked pissed and you were confused .

" Zachary !? " Sal said in an irritated voice .

" Sal " Zach said with a smug smile .

You looked at them confused .

" Y/n . Please go in the house " Sal said.

You did as instructed and walked in . You sat on the couch and you could hear yelling . All of it was like a run on of words , that you couldn't really understand .

Sal came in and slammed the door

" Dont hang out with him anymore ! " Sal demanded.

You looked at him kinda irritated . ' He cant tell me who I can and cant hang out with . He isnt my parents , im a grown woman . '

" Y/n , please . "

" Why cant I ? "

" He's bad news . Just stay away from him "

You rolled your eyes .

" Sal he's a nice guy "

" Y/n , he's faking . He is doing this to piss me off . "
