Chapter 20: Summer
It's been 2 months and some weeks, Remus and I got a letter from my dad, he told us where he was, so I've been living with my dad, for the whole summer it's been fun. I took him to Mexico, California and New York, he enjoyed it, we almost got arrested but it was all fine. Dad's been telling my about the Order, a lot of more spells that I shouldn't have learn, but I had too Voldemort was coming back. I was in my room packing to go to The Burrow, we were going to The World Cup, and I loved my room. The wall is the color of a beautiful blue, I don't know exactly which blue, it's all mixed, and I have frames of Houston Texans, Taylor Lautner and Life Quotes. I always dreamed of a room like this.
"KATHY ARE YOU ALMOST READY?" my dad said
"ALMOST" I yelled back, I finished packing and I headed to the hall to go down stairs but I couldn't pick up my luggage.
"DAD!" I screamed out, I could hear footsteps coming, I was in the top floor, so it takes a while.
"Yea?" he asked me
"I need help I can't pick this up" I said, he nodded and he grabbed my luggage and then disappeared.
"You're welcome" he said down stairs
"Really and you don't take me?" I asked and he laughed
"I think you can make it" he said smiling and I rolled my eyes
"Fine" I said and I started walking 5 flights of stairs and I finally came to the last step with my dad laughing.
"Ha-ha very funny" I said and I rolled my eyes
"Are you excited?" he asked me
"I guess, I'm not a huge fan of Quidditch, but yea to have an experience" I said and he nodded
"And remember the plan ok? You and Dumbledore been working at it" he said and I nodded
"Yea I know" I said and then his smile disappeared
"Dad I won't be gone that long" I said smiling I hugged him tight and he does the same
"Bye sweetie, take care" he said as I let go
"Bye dad love you" I said and he smiled
"Love you too" I gave him another hug and then I went to the fireplace got some floo powder.
"The Burrow" I said loudly and I was twisting and I was being squished. I finally landed in the floor, of course. I got up and looked around, yea I was at the Burrow, at was at the living room, I walked to the kitchen to see that no one was there, that's weird Mrs. Weasley would always be there at the morning its 8am everyone would be here eating. I go back to the living room, and I see Al there standing
"AL!" I yelled as I ran to hug him
"Kathy" he said as he hugged me, I let go
"What are you doing here?" I asked
"Well I made sure you know the plan" He said
"Of course I know the plan, I'm not letting Peter kill my Ceddric" I said and he smiled
"Always saving the loves ones, aren't you?" he said and I nodded and smiled
"I told the Weasley's you will come till later so that we can have a talk" he said and I nodded
"What's this talk about?" I asked
"We need to protect Harry as much as we can" he said
"I'm going to protect him, even if it means I lose my life" I said
