Chapter 27: Why?

- Months Later -

(Three more days more for it to be Christmas. I'm already 15 years old, been with Fred for 4 months and it's been great)

I wake up, put on a pretty purple blouse, skinny jeans and purple supras. Curled my hair

"Kathy we have to go to the meeting" Hermione said

"What meeting?" I asked

"I don't know professor McGonogail wanted us to meet in the studio" (just pretend there is a studio) we both left to go to this studio. I sat down in the girl side with Hermione and Professor McGonogail came in.

"The Yule Ball has been a tradition of the Triwizard Tournament since it's inception. On Christmas Eve night, we and our guests gather in the Great hall for a night of well-mannered frivolity" she said

"Oh I can't go then" I said as I stand up, everyone laughed

"Sit down" she said, I sat down and look at the twins they were laughing.

"The Yule ball is a dance" you hear everyone complain, "Shush, Gryffindor house-" I lost her, I was falling asleep.

"Miss Black" she said and I jumped

"Yea?" I asked, I see the twins laughing

"Since you do parties and such why don't you teach us your dance moves" she said as she made me stand up, I hear wolf whistling, I look at who did it and it was the twins.

"Um Professor "My dance Moves" as may you call it, their not appropriate for this Yule Ball" I said and everyone chuckled

"Just show us Kathy" Lee said smirking and so where the twins, why would Fred be smirking? he wants me to basically grind in front of all the guys? I raise an eyebrow to Fred, his face expression change, I guess he got the message and he smacked Lee in the back of the head. George and I laughed.

"Miss black you may sit" Professor said, I sat back down still laughing. She contuined talking but I wasn't paying attention.

"Mr. Weasley" she said

"Yes?" Ron asked

"Will you join me?" she asked as she extended her arm so that Ron can take. They both get in the middle

"Now place your right hand on my waist"

"Where?" he asked confusedly and I laughed

"My waist" she demanded, Ron places his hand and there was another wolf whistle, Ron turn around but McGonogail put him back at his position. They play the music and Ron and McGonogail start dancing. I look at the twins and their minikin them, and I laughed.

"Everybody come together" all the girls stood up and stand in the middle so they can dance and all the boys just stayed seated. OMG this was too funny. Eventually everyone was dancing

"May I have this dance" Fred came placing his hand in front of me, for me go take.

I smirked "Yes" he smirked, I stood up. We stood up, he placed his right hand in my waist, and we started to dance. He twirled me and everything

"So" he said "I was wondering if you would like to come to the Yule Ball dance with me?" I was turning when he asked me and I stopped

"Do I have a choice" I joked, he pulled me to him, our bodies were close

"No you don't" he said smirking, and I smiled.

"Yes" I said, he smiled and he picked me up and then put me down. (That's part of the dance)

- One day before the Yule Ball -

Harry and Ron have been complaining that they don't have dates, I would of thought that Ron would ask Hermione but he didn't. He was a total git to her, but she already had a date, Viktor Krum. He is cute.

I was walking in the hallway looking for Fred, he's been working with these new products with George. So I suspect them to be in the abandoned classroom, I open the door and I stood there in shock of what I am seeing. It's Angelina and Fred making out, Fred had his hand under Angelina's shirt. He was basically on top of her, she had her legs wrapped around his waist. Then Fred took off his shirt and Angelina's, wow they haven't noticed that I was here, they were basically having sex.

I faked cough, and they both split apart. Fred eyes widened

"Kathy it doesn't look like it seems" he said standing up and heading towards me.

"Oh really Fred, so what exactly is what I'm looking at" I said crossing my arms and holding back my tears "Because it looks like you were about to have sex with this thing" I pointed at Angeline "Put your shirt on" she nodded and she put her shirt on. "I can't believe you" I walked out, I couldn't hold it any longer and I cried. I didn't know that I can cry so much, I bummed into someone

"Sorry" I said still looking down and whipping out the tears

"Kathy?" the person said, I look up and it was Ceddric

"Oh hey" I said trying to sound happy and whipping more tears, he lifted my head

"What happened" he said as he whipped out some tears with his hand,

"Fred..." It hurt saying it and I was hard, the words couldn't come out of my mouth "cheated on me" i sobbed more, then he hugged me tightly.

"It's okay" he rubbed my back,

"Ceddric why do bad things happen to me?" I asked as I faced him

"I don't know, I wish I did know why" he said

"Your a good friend you know that" I said and he smiled, he hugged me tighter

"We can probably be more than that" he said in a low voice, thinking I wouldn't hear.

"We'll Ceddric I have to go" I said letting go "Bye and thank you" I kissed his cheek, and went walking to the common room. I walked in to se George

"Hey your alright" he asked as he came to me

"No" I said as I put my head down, and I felt tears coming out again

"Woo woo what happened" he said as he got me and sat me down

"Fred cheated on me with Angelina" I said as I tear fell down my cheek, he whipped it out and hugged me.

"My brother is an idiot for doing that" he said, we hear someone coming

"Kathy" the person said and I let go of George and I look at the person and it was Fred and I stood up.

"What do you want" I said in an attitude, I can feel anger coming to me.

"Look I'm sorry I didn't mean it" he said

"Yes you did we've been doing this the past week" someone said, and it was Angelina,

"You've been cheating on me for a week?" I yelled, there was a crowed

"Black I told you to watch your back" Angelina said evilly

"And I told you that I would give a fuck if I ended up in AZKABAN for killing you" I snapped back, she got frighten and backed away.

"Look Kathy it was a mistake, please" he said

"Everyone always says that it was a mistake, why didn't you stop then if you knew it was?" I said my voice cracking because I wanted to cry. "Look Fred it's over, we're done, you can finish having sex with her cuz I'm done" I said leaving to my room. I shut the door, punched it, and sat down in the floor. I put my head on my knees and cried my eyes out.
