Chapter 2

Mission

I sat in my room. Listening to my new roommates talk. I have more important things to do then this.

"Hey you were the very first prisoner right? How old were you?" Ava asked me. She and her twin Gwen stared at me. I stared back.

"I was about 1 hour old." was how I replied. Gwen and Ava stared at me incredibly.

"So you've been here your whole life?" They asked in unison. I nodded. "Have you ever thought of escaping?" I looked at them weirdly.

"Why would I? I don't even know where my parents live, or how they look like. I only know their names." I said as an announcement said for me to go to the main office. I got up and walked to the door.

"Hey Camille, why don't you go by Arianna?" Ava questioned.

"Because I don't." I replied, slipping out the door.

 I stood waiting for my siblings to come in. Prisoners #271, 272 and 400. Only I never met our parents. Funny how coincidentally the principal chose to look for agents the same day they all had an accident. I take that our parents are terrible drivers.

"We're here. Sorry we're late." My older sister Audrey said. Behind her was her twin brother Aaron and our little sister Aria.

"Your not even late." I told them. The principal wasn't even there.

"I know. I just wanted to say it." Audrey replied.

"Why did the principal call us?" Aria asked.

"The usual of course." Aaron told her.

"But why me? He never sends me on missions with you." Aria pouted.

"He, has decided for the Ace of Diamonds to accompany the rest of the Aces on the most important mission of all time." We turned around, surprised at the principals sudden entrance.

"You know, I really hate being called the Aces." I stated with a frown.

"Really? I find it quite funny. All of our full initials spell Ace." Aria said.

"You're the only one that thinks that Aria." Aaron said. She stuck her tongue out at him.

"Now listen up," We straightened out. "This mission is very complicated, so we have decided to send 3 new prisoners we see the most potential in, with you on the mission."

"Who are they?" I asked. Seriously? Sending people with us? Does he think we're not enough?

"They are prisoners #9027, 9028, and 9029." He said. I saw Aaron's eyes widen.

"9027? You can't be serious can you?" Aaron exclaimed. I looked at Audrey and she shrugged. She didn't know either.

"We will be gathering them here tomorrow. Now get out of here." The principal said. We scurried out. I wonder who they could be...

In Camille's room...

"Hey Gwen, what are our prisoner numbers again?"

"I'm 9028 and your 9029. Now quiet. I'm trying to sleep."

"But it's just-"

"Shut up."
