Knock knock knock ... the sounds that woke me up it took me a second but i quickly relized somebody was knocking on my bedroom door i slowly slipped away from Ray's grip causing him to let out a breath & turn over putting both hands under his pillow ... i want to answer the door revealing Jacob's face " Morning Mani' " he said smiling " Morning Jake " i said rubbing my eyes trying to hide the fact that his bestfriend was sleeping in my bed " you have to get ready so i can enroll you in your new school " he said i rolled my eyes " really Jake ? well what about Kayla where is she gonna go? " i said with a slight attitude " yes really but she'll stay here with me & the boys " he said running his figers through his curly hair " okay " i said closing my door grabbing all my undergarments going to the bathroom taking care of my hygien i put my natural culy hair in a bun and raped my towel around me & went back into my room to find my outfit .. i took out my khaki shorts , with a white tanktop & my jean jacket i did my makeup & putting on my concord 11's .. Once i pulled up to the school i went to the front office to get my locker & schedule i walked the halls trying to find locked number 1221 once i found it i looked at my paper to see my combination & i put it in the dial 112613 .. " are you new " i heard a girl voice ask i looked up to see a brown skin girl around the same height as me with black hair that you could tell was weave she came off pretty cool & i liked her style so i decided to be nice " yeah , im Imani' but everybody calls me Mani' " i said letting out my hand she shook my hand " Im Raginae , but everybody calls me Nae " things got kind of quiet " so what class do you have first? " she asked i assumed she was trying to break the silence as we walked the halls " uhm " i said looking down unfolding my scheduel " AP English , Johnston " i said " oh great you're with me " she said smiling we made our way in the class & i sat in the back with Nae anothing girl sat on the other side of Nae with red & black hair she was lightskin & you could tell she was mixed with something " Hey Nae " she said turning facing her " Hey Lourdy ... aye this is Imani' " she said pointing to me " Hey girlll , im loving that fit you go on " i laughing " thankyou , you looking cute too " i said then three boys walked in " damnnnnn who are they ? i said Nae & Lourdes laughed " well the tall one with the dreads is Issa that's all me " said Nae " & the one with the curly hair is Diggy that bae or whatevaaa " said Lourdy " & what about that ole brown skin sexy thang over there ?
