I didn't know what happened next, but I found myself being carried across a desert biome.
I sat up right away and saw that I was on some sort of broom. It was the 'queens butler' riding it. I seemed to have been knocked out by some sort of, um, well I think it was a potion.
I sat there in silence for about 2 minutes. "Oh hello Olivia! See you have woken up eventually." What does he mean? "Um, well yes." Stupid words. "Where are we going?"
"Do I seriously have to repeat everything I said last night?" He sounded slightly irritated. "What? You can't be serious! Take me home right now!" I was practically screaming at him. "I am deadly serious." He certainly looked deadly serious. "I am taking you to the Crystal Palace whether you want me to or not!" He said stubbornly. I was taken aback with the attitude used. I sat in silence for the rest of the journey.
We started slowing down and I thought we must have arrived. However when I looked around there was no 'Palaces' around. "Why have we stopped?"
"We have finished the journey on the broom. Next we have the goblins." He shivered as he said the word. "Go-goblins?" I couldn't believe it. "Goblins?" I repeated. "Yes goblins. Now stop stuttering and jump on my back!"
I hoisted myself onto his back. He reached out his hand over the broomstick and it all of a sudden turned into ice, and disappeared. I gasped. Never had I seen it before. I rubbed my eyes thinking I was seeing things. Nope. The broom had completely disappeared. He must have seen me rub my eyes, because he tried to stifle a laugh just as I hoisted on. "Whe-where did it go?"
"There's no time to worry about that! Now hold on!" I definitely did! It started off not that bad. Just squelching, brown mud. We had to move quick, otherwise we would definitely sink into it. We reached a low and long tunnel. But there was still mud. He suddenly shouted at me "Go down!" I did as I was told and I was very pleased I did. mili-seconds later I heard an object fly over my head. "What was that?" I whispered into his ear. "The goblins. They are firing fireballs over our heads." I was surprised about how calm he was about this. I felt a burn across my ear and a yelp from the Butler. He suddenly picked up speed and we raced out of there.
"They aren't usually that aggressive. Must have been that I had a stranger with me." he was indicating to me.
"Ok, what else is there to come?"
"A lot! If the goblins hated you that much wait till you meet the dragon!"
I gasped. A dragon. "WHAT! A dragon!" He nodded his head in silence.
He let me of his back and we hiked up a huge hill.
"Here we are." we arrived at a low steep tunnel. There were rocks everywhere and some skulls. They made me shiver slightly but I seemed to have covered it up quite well for he didn't say anything. All of a sudden I saw a rock fly in front of us I screamed, but just in time Chase (I later found out the name was), slapped his hand over my mouth. He brought a finger to his mouth to tell me to be quiet. I heard a roar and loads of heat, which I realised immediately as fire, suddenly right in front of my face. He started running, and I followed. I dodged another flame coming my way. Just before we left I looked behind me and saw eye to eye with the dragon. Its eyes were red and deep. We eventually left the chamber.
"Wha-What was that?" I said through my panting.
"A Dragon." He said simply. He didn't seem to be out of breath.
"Just a normal dragon?" I said raising an eyebrow.
"Well, not exactly. It was a red-hearted dragon. It has red all over its body, just that because the chamber was dark you could not see very well."
"Well I saw its eyes."
"YOU WHAT!" He exclaimed "YOU LOOKED IN ITS EYES!" He seemed more scared than angry.
"Um yes. Why is that so bad?" I asked calmly.
"It means bad luck for the next five years of your live."
"Oh you seriously believe all of that nonsense!" I said trying to lighten the mood.
"Yes. Yes I do. This is no myth. We have to get to the palace. Now!" I nodded my head silently and followed his lead.
We passed huge hills touching the clouds and tiny streams. "Why does the Palace have to be so far away?" I asked panting. "Obviously, because then no one would find it. Only people like me know how to get past the goblins and the dragon."
We eventually arrived at the palace. It certainly looked like a palace. There were large crystals coming out of the corners of the palace, all of it looked shiny and icy.
"Hello your majesty!" Said Chase politely. He bowed slightly as a beautiful women floated down some ice steps. She had long flowing blond hair, and shining blue eyes. "Hello! How was your travels Chase?" She had a sweet soft voice. "Very well thank you!"
"Ahhh, is this Olivia?" She asked politely. "Yes it is ma'am."
I couldn't find myself to say anything, so I just stuttered "H-h-hi." It was almost a whisper.
"Do not be afraid Olivia."
I suddenly felt a lot more confident. "Sorry, not to be rude or anything, but who are you?"
"I am Queen Elena." There were quiet steps coming down the stairs. "Ahhhh, Evita how lovely of you to join us!"
Out of the corner of my eye I saw Chase blush a little as she walked very gracefully across the hall.
"Oh." She exclaimed as she suddenly saw me. "And who, are you?"
