RECAP OF 6
I went downstairs with Voke trailing behind me. When we arrived at the dining room for breakfast, I shot Elena a dirty look. I was mad and if she thought that I needed some kind of body guard, then fine I will let Voke trail behind me. But it wont be for long!

CHASE'S POV.
I could see that Olivia was mad at Elena that morning. I guess I would've felt the same way, if some random person who is a servant of some 'random' people, suddenly started to follow me around.
Unfortunately, Olivia just doesn't understand that we were definitely the furthest thing from 'random'. We have a secret that only me, Elena and Evita know that none of our kingdom know. If Olivia knew it; well, I suppose she wouldn't believe it: but it is most certainly true. We have many more interesting secrets, that I am sure will eventually come out.
OLIVIA'S POV.
I am still puzzling over the skulls in the pit. There is just no possible explanation. I am just in my room, after breakfast trying to think; with of course Voke fretting all over the place. Dusting the walls, plumping the pillow. my room was a pleasant place to hang out and have time to myself (When I have been lucky and managed to lock my door before Voke came up.)
Speaking of Voke, I suppose I have been starting to like her, seeing as it isn't really her fault she has to do this to me. She is a cheerful thing, but can be awfully shy. She has got amazing shiny black sheet of hair, and a diamond shaped face. She would look really pretty if she wasn't forced to put her long glistening hair into a small bun, and she is restricted to wear no makeup, which I suppose makes her face look more natural. Mother never lets me wear makeup at home- which is really annoying seeing as I am thirteen. All of my friends wear it, and Louis says-(said, I quickly correct myself in my head,) that I am pretty with a natural face. I sigh, thinking of the old times and how different things are now. I don't know why I am here, but it must be for a good reason.
Once Voke had gone, my mind had ran back to the thoughts about the pit. In my room there are a few paintings. A few of them are of flowers. These are Voke's favourite things to dust. There is however one strange painting she never seems to dust. This is a painting of a very dark oak door. I have never really thought about it until now. Desperate for answers, I decided not to talk to Voke about it, because if it did mean something, and Elena found out then the painting would definitely be moved. "Dinner!" Chase's voice echoed through the palace.
Afterwards, I raced up to my room, and locked my door before Voke could come in. I just stared at the picture for about five minutes trying to decide how to get answers from a painting. Besides, you cant really talk to it. Eventually I decided to take the picture down. After securing my hands either side of the picture frame (Which was covered in intricate patterns), I pulled ad pulled, but the paining of the door stayed firmly where it was. I tried one last time a with no progress. I just started at the picture, trying to spot anything actually painted on it. There was nothing strange about it. I was exhausted; no idea why though because all of my days are eat, locked up in room, and twice more each day. I layed down in bed and stared at the ceiling.
So much had happened to me this past week. Suddenly, I saw a flicker of movement in the corner of my eye. I looked over at the painting and quickly saw the painting of the door opening. It started off with only the door moving like a painting from Harry Potter, but then the frame stated to move towards me. I stepped back, almost tripping over my bed. The fram of the painting stopped moving, and I was still shocked. With my heart that was still racing as fast as a cheetah about to pounce, I climbed through the hole.
QUEEN ELENA'S POV
That voke really is an idiot. She is not a very useful servant, but she will do just to tail Olivia. I am sure that she knows about the pit with the skulls. That look she gave me at breakfast just had to mean something. I wanted to see if Olivia had been up to anything suspicious. "Voke!" I called loudly, just to ask her about Olivia. I didnt expect her to hear me first time, seeing as Olivias room is on the other side of the Palace. However she came wandering out of the kitchen with a dishcloth and looked at though she had been drying the breakfast plates up. "What on earth do you think you are doing?" I asked her calmly. "I was um.. well i was drying the plated up ma'am." "Well go and do what you are supposed to be doing and leave that!" She gave me and questioning look. "You are meant to be tailing Olivia!!!" "Oh right of course!" She scurried off like a rat with the plate and dish cloth. I followed her just to make sure she wouldnt go running off somewhere else or cover for Olivia. When we arrived at her room, Voke tried to push the door open, but it didnt budge. I knew she had locked her door, so i handed the ket to Voke, and she opened the door. I knew Olivia locked the door to stop Voke from getting in. She went inside and what i saw astounded me. She was sitting on her bed reading a book: The Tales Of Beadle The Bard. She looked calmly at us and i just turned and walked away. I was sure that she was not as innocent as she seemed, but i would find out what she was up to!
