Now is Not a Good Time...

"What's going on here?" Ozone asked, appearing out of a trash can. "Mind your own business," Duke replied before turning his head to see a hideous creature. He added quickly, "Oh my gosh what happened to you?!" Ozone groaned. He was getting tired of explaining that he was born like this so he made up a lie. "I had a fight, alright? With a big stupid dog. He lost." The cat jumped out of the garbage. "Oh, you're in dangerous territory there, kitty cat!" Duke growled while Max cowered behind him. Ozone was just about to retort back when all of the sudden, he crouched low to the ground and started to pant. Duke and Max glanced at each other before glancing at the cat. At last, Ozone managed to cough up the annoying hairball and blushed with guilt. "Now that's disgusting," Max whispered to Duke, adding, "And a little disturbing." The big dog nodded in agreement.
