11: Rivalry or Love Rivals?

Lucy POV

Just as I was about to go to the infermary, I heard the frigin pumpkin man.

"the next match is to Fairy Tail's Natsu and the one and only, Sabertooth's Lucy!! And since this is a special match requested by the king himself, There is no time limit!"

What the hell's goin on can someone tell me please. Why I'm switching faster than the channels on Tv.

Sting POV

Why did it have to be Natsu, it could be Gray but it had to be Natsu, out of all the rivals.

"Contestants, please come down to the stadium"

Come on, now I'll have to watch this until the end. I hate my life. (poor sting lel)

Third Person POV (cuz I'm better at it)

Natsu and Lucy went down their stands and got into battle mode

"I finally got a chance to prove my worth to the almighy dragon princess"

"I don't want to hear you calling me that, you and me are just old guildmates, nothing more nothing less"

"fine by me"

"Now ladies and gentlemen, Let the match of destiny, BEGIN!!"

"you know, I just went easy on you back at the guild because I thought you didn't have magic, but who knew you were gonna blow your cover right there" Natsu said bluny

"really? Well I just discovered something from you, It's that you actually know how to think" Lucy replied nonchalantly

"Well I think that's called acting, learn it from time to time"

"You really are blind aren't you, I've been acting ever since the day I was born. Oh, and don't worry, I know your attacking me in...3...2...1"

And as Lucy said, Natsu did attack her but she dogged it with ease as if it was abcious from the start

"What's this? You now know how to predict the future? What a surprise that is" Natsu said as if it was nothing

"You know, I could beat you in a second right here and now but I decided to play with you a bit, so you better get real fired up, and fast"

"You psychotic wizard!"

" ohohoho! Missed one more, sadistic" Lucy said in a devilish tone while smiling evily (like the one Karma did when he was talking about delinquent season? no? ok...)

"yeah sure, whatever floats your boat" Natsu said while he rolled his eyes

As Lucy "played" with Natsu, he got really tired and unleashed his current strongest attack.

"Blaze Dragon King's Demolition Fist!"

"ooooo! So you actually learned how to use it, strong attack but I'm afraid your skills are too rough!"

As she said, in a second, Natsu was down for the count.

"Nice playin with ya, but I think I won this match"

"The match has ended with the victor, Lucy of Sabertooth!" the pumkin man announced

Lissana went down the stands and ran down the stadium, she of course was in the lead of the rest. She met up with Lucy who was going up the stands.

"better send him fast to Wendy or he'll die in 20 minutes, don't worry, healing him just costs 10 seconds" Lucy said with no emotion

"Yeah, why do you care?"

"just cuz I wanna play with him again"

"you maniac" Lissana said as she ran off

"Thank you! I appreciate it!" Lucy yelled at Lissana before teleporting to the stands.
