"Len, come on dude, stuff like these happen; come on now don't put you head to it; don't be so melancholic, it's totally not your thing! you look like Valak trying to haunt me tonight. show me that teeth in there!". Kiara beaming through her glasses laid a word of condolence. Lena looked up, gave a plain effortless smile and dropped her head again. " Len, do you hear me. look, i know it's heart breaking for you ,and i know how much this thing means to you. Sometimes things don't happen the way we want them to be but believe me sometimes it's the best that way. You've got a long life ahead, don't you. I have an axiom that you would make the best out of it. Like sister! you are the only one who can defeat me in FIFA, that's nothing common although i don't believe in your scheme at all. You stupefy my play station, don't you.Such a bitch!"Lena looked at Kiara with a clueless face, and they burst out into laughter, the air of agony surrounding Lena was filled with mirth. This act looked completely bizarre to everyone around but the contentment it gave Lena was known only to the both of them. Kiara Khan, also a girl of 15 was the closest friend Lena had ever known. Her relationship with Lena was priceless.Words weren't required for the both of them toknow the state of their minds. It was almost like Kiara was a part of her. Kiara however, did not grow in a bourgeois environment. She was more like a hoyden, whose passion was to be an international gamer. As the air was once again filled with joy for Lena and that empty feeling was filled. She had almost forgotten about this

It was lunch time and Lena sat down with a few of her allies. " i wonder what they put in this rice, i mean why does it seem so sitcky, i mean they could afford better rice with all the money they make." Kiara cribbed while digging into her bowl of rice."K.... stop it. Do you know children in Africa die of hunger." Lena just hadn't finished her sentence when Kiara interrupted her half way. " So my dear Len this bowl of rice ain't gonna feed any of them." Just as Kiara finished her sentence Akhil, the most popular lad in their school passed by, turned a bit and over his shoulder looked at Lena and gave a smirk. " Len, i really don't feel right about that fellow eccentric isn't he?" Kiara mumbled turning her in his direction. "Calm yourself, he isn't any harm, is he? Now look we better keep moving alright, bell has just rung ." inducing tranquility to Kiara's mood Lena and he fellow companions got up, picked their bags and disappeared in the busy corridor.

Lena was home, every member feared to make eye contact with her after what had happened last morning. "Ah.. Lenu i was just thinking if we could go to the terrace for sometime." Jhil said entering into Lena's room. "Hey didi i am absolutely fine don't worry ya , it's the best this way." Lena told with a content smile on her face. "Oh no no no, it's me this time. Need a little advise. Some problem here." Jhil stood motionless with a lost face. " which degree of problem? like i need to kill someone degree or lesser than that." Lena added. "Haha, That u have to decide Lenu . Now can u stop and help me out." Jhil giggled. "Do i have a choice ? , Haha not a problem U go ahead ill follow." Lena trying to be sarcastic said.

Lena was always there. Be it mom, dad, sister or friends, all their hush-hushs were safe in her head. Maybe they chose to tell it to her as every admonish came deep from her heart. It was always based on how she would face the same crisis. Lena always found contentment to find band-aid for every pain she encountered in others. Lena got up on her feet and followed her sisters footsteps towards the stairs leading to their terrace garden.
