Beautiful Mirage

Chapter 5

It's been a week since Shawn told me that he doesn't want me. At first it hurt like a son of a bi*ch, but now it feels like he said it would, I feel exactly lile i felt before i knew he was my mate only my wolf doesn't agree with me. I still get butterflies when i see him, but then it changes in to hate and anger and because of that we have been fighting a lot. Ash keeps asking about it and my answer stay the same 'I HATE HIM!'

I think most of the feelings has turned to hate and anger. I once caught some parts of a conversation between Ashley and Shawn. Yes i was eavesdropping but in my defence they were talking about me.

"I would really appreciate it if my best friend and my best brother would try to get along for once." Ash says sadly

"Ash, I'm you're only brother, and not gonna happen, i can't stand the sight of her." He said sounding disgusted. "We just don't click Ash, you cant expect me to just change how i feel. It doesn't work that way." He said walking my way, and i quickly sckramed. Wouldn't want to be caught eavesdropping by the bane of my existence now would I.?

And since that day i have been trying to avoid him, because him and me fighting is hurting Ash. And seems he has the same idea. When he walks into a room i leave, and when he is in a room and i walk in he leaves.

"Hey sunshine." Ash says pulling me from my thoughts.

"Hey girl. So wat are we doing today.?" I ask shutting my laptop down.

"Let's go to the mall, i saw these cute shoes that i need." She says happily.

"Ash, you don't need them. You just want them." I say rolling my eyes, walking to Ash's car.

We gave been here more than an hour, Ash got the shoes but she haven't anything to wear with it soooo now she is having a hard time finding a dress to go with it. I know right, who bay's shoes if you don't have anything to wear them with?

"What do you think? The black one or the pink?" Ash asked looking over her choices. They're both beautiful and woeld look gorgeous on Ash. The black dress is a short sequenced dress with a sweetheart neckline. The pink one is a long strapless lace dress also with a sweetheart neckline with a bow belt around the waste.

"There both beautiful. Why don't you get both?" I ask hoping that will solve her problem.

"You're right! Why didn't i think of that?" She asked pouting.

"Are we done now? I'm starving." I say walking to the checkout desk.

"Blake, our waiter is totally checking you out." Ash says when our waiter leaves after giving us our meal.

"He is not." I say looking at him walking away. Ooh he has a nice but.

"What are you Blind?. He is so into you." She says betting into her sandwich.
The rest of our lunch went by talking about random stuff. We got our check and i write my number on the back hoping Darren (his name by the way.) Finds it.

"You ready to go home?" I ask tiredness seeping in.
"Yeah, let's go." She says standing up.

After my nice long bubble bath i dress in my comfortable pj bottoms and a tank top and got into my bed. I was about to drift off when my message notification went off.

Unknown" Hey Blake. Thanx for you're number. Oh its Darren by the way.

Blake" Hey no prob. What you up 2?

Darren" pakking. Going away for 2weeks :( how about we grab coffee when i come back?

Blake" sure, jusr send me the details. G night.

Darren" cool :) g night.

I put my phone back on my nightstand and drift off thinking about Darren's sexy smile.
