Darker and darker the basement grew, her world was crumbling away, the memory's of her past came back to haunt her, mock her, kill her. Until she fades away...

She was in the corner before she finally sat up and approached the door once again she creaked it open to reveal her house, except it wasn't her house just a mere clone of it... all of the happiness, sadness, love, hate, colour it was all gone... everything was just a pale grey now.

She remembered the first time she saw this, how everything floated from her touch, it was like everything was empty but her, she didn't know, She couldn't of known, what this place would do to her. Her memories, her thoughts, were slowly fading away with her until she became hollow too. She never liked the idea of dying but this... this was worse than death, being empty, emotionless and cold, so very cold.

She had to leave and go to work soon, she was never trapped by this house or by anyone at all, but herself because no matter how many times she leaves.
