that can't happen to mom...

I really needed to help mum.. I just pray that the class I have today should not hold if not my plans will be scattered for the weekend..
"Hello" a deep British accent spoke once I picked up my call
"hellloooo..... Droxy" I screamed as I noticed his voice
"hey stop screaming" He spoke just the same way my elder brother will speak
"no.... I have to... Itz really been a long time"
"I'm aware of that... So how is school treating you..."
" I should be the one asking you that... When will you be returning"
"stop behaving like a little girl Tracia and answer me... Besides I should be returning soon I'm working on my final project in Nigeria"
"Awnnnn.... I wish I could be there with you, Atleast I would have lot of tourism there" I said before hearing that my English class wasnt gonna hold... I hopped to my little spot car parked at the car lot while finishing up my chat with Droxy....
"and where do you think you are headed to without my company" Tanny said stopping me as I was about to step into my car
"I wanted checking out some places in town" I told him trying not to reveal my main mission
"can I please join you... I could be of help" he told me giving me that his charming smile
"it's my pleasure" I said opening the door for him to get in
"thank you" he said giving me a friendly punch. The ride was silent until he decided to speak up
"so where exactly are we actually headed to Tracia" I expected that question long before now, but I didn't want him knowing that we had a problem in my family... I didn't want the situation where I will shed a tear because of my dad's silly behaviour
"I just want to Check out some buildings in downtown or maybe chicago"
"are you changing your location so soon" he asked me sounding a bit upset and confused
"uhmm... Nad really, I want to see if there's a way I can help my mom"
"I'm not getting your point... I thought you were all living with your dad"
"that's exactly what everyone will think, but then the situation is not that way, I will tell ever thing later Tanny" I told him and he gave me an understanding look..
"I will just check out the buildings in this area, you can make your self comfortable" I said as I put off the ignition and stepped down and he did the same...
"then what was my point of following you" he asked and went ahead of me... I didn't have any other option than to follow him..
We did a lot of walking and exercise before we finally saw a beautiful and comfortable abode
That we both agreed to but at clybourne park, but Tanny didn't allow me make any payment..
"you didn't have to pay for the house after all" I told him after we left
"you didn't ask me to.... I wanted to" he told me as he got into the drivers seat.
"what do you think you are doing.... You won't win me in this one"
"I'm doing exactly what you are seeing"
"seriously .....I'm still wondering how you will get the keys from me" I laughed the way kids do as I said it
"you will have to give me that or I will get it from you myself" he said stepping out of the car walking towards my direction as I decided to take a race with my tiny legs but before I knew what was happening I was in his arms.. He got hold of me when I didn't even start running fast, I never knew he was an athlete because I got a medal for being the best athlete.... Wait.... My face was few inches from him as I could feel his breadth while in his arms.. I knew exactly what was going through my mind within seconds as I began feeling the butterflies in my stomach once again... I wanted to keep cuddling him, but I didn't know how long I would be in his arms
"sorry pretty, but permit me to do this" Tanny said but I didn't pay much attention to what he was saying because I was deep in thought.... I felt him trial kisses on my ear lope and on my neck. He kept on with that, but just when he dropped me on the car seat he stopped...
"I'm sorry Tracia.... I never intended doing that" he said it with a spank of guilt, but then I could see that he really wanted what he did as much as I did....i stood there smiling at my thoughts as I handed over the keys to him...
"so am I finally taking you to your moms place" he asked me without looking up at me and I didn't like to see him that way..
"Tanny..... Could you please look at me and stop feeling guilty for something you didn't do wrong" I let those words out of my mouth as I could see the shock in his face...
"but I did it without your permission" he said stealing a glance at me making me let out a  giggle...
"heyyy.... Stop that. Let's just keep going " I told him as he got into the car.

By the time we arrived at moms place, she was looking so worn out
"mom are you okay" I asked her seeing her in her situation
"Bby I'm fine... I'm glad you came" she said before she backed out
"Noooo..... No no no no no no.. Moooomm" I screamed at the top of my voice. But Tanny tried cooling my down as we quickly rushed her to the hospital...
"I knew everything was gonna result to this" I began exclamating, I could see the confusion on Tanny's face, something I didn't want to bother him but he came to me placing a kiss on my hair and telling me everything was gonna be fine
"never be scared Tracia, mom is gonna be out soon, she will be fine and I'm always here for you "  Tanny told me, before the doctor called for our attention telling us we could go see her...
I sprawled to my feet and headed to room 4A. I got into the room, seeing my mom in that state made tears run down my cheeks but.....

"I've lost my appetite, I can't force myself to eat when I can't" I told her trying to sound nice
"I'm sorry for what happened to your mom, I wish her quick delivery "
