Peter paced around his brother and his boyfriend's room. Surely he was missing something as to when his brother turned gay. Wait, turned? He started pulling over the thoughts of the day, the biological weapon imposed on his country. Would he have to go back to the boarding school? Would his brother force him to stay? He had no idea, so he pulled out his and texted Raivis.

"Hey, are you okay?"

"No, but that's beside the point. Are you?"

"Not really..." Peter replied quickly. "There's something happening with the countries. Something that could wipe out entire countries."

"I think we should stop texting about this. I need to meet you somewhere."

"What?" Peter responded, then starting another one. "But you're far away."

"I'm getting a plane ticket with my brothers and we'll be in Amin soon."

--

"We need to call a meeting." Alfred had decided with his parents.

"What good will that do?" Robert retorted quickly.

"If we get the countries together, we can try to go against Ainruia and their monarchy." Arthur pointed out. "If we can just-"

"Prince Alfred! Queen Amber and King Robert!" Kings Lovino and Antonio entered quickly, shouting for help. When their guards and butlers went close to aid them, they pushed away. "Do not touch us!" Lovino shouted. "Do not get infected."

"Infected?" Alfred's heart dropped to the pit of his stomach. "Explain immediately."

"We knew things were going bad with Ainruia and Amin." Antonio began to explain. "Our country, thousands are dropping dead with some disease we cannot pinpoint and we think it was Queen Natalia." He put a hand on his husband's back, trying to ease the nerves. "It's another Plague."

"She's taken it to war level." Arthur thought out loud, placing his arm over Alfred's and lacing their fingers together. Guilt was fresh in the back of Alfred's mind.

Make him commit suicide.

Damn Natalia's request. His heart couldn't take the thought of losing Arthur and Alfred wanted to tuck him to safety forever. Matthew had to be safe, she would have made a public execution shown already, right?

"Alfred," Arthur snapped in front of his face, taking the prince back to reality. "Look at me." The shorter man took the other's cheeks, focusing it on him. "It's going to be okay, we'll make it. We can beat her."

"You're right." Alfred managed to choke out. "Alright, Antonio, Lovino, I suspect you have locked your country down, yes? Nobody goes in, nobody goes out?"

They both gave a firm nod.

"Call a world meeting. If we're going to beat her, it'll take all the fire power we can get."

--

"Prince Matthew!" A young girl surged forward, hugging him close. "I was so worried, the news-"

"Little sister, let go of the prince and allow him to come out." A voice behind her said. Matthew felt his instincts calm down. What could a little girl do? He stepped out first, anyways, feeling the heat of his almost make out session with Irunya come down from its high. "Who is she?" The blond man barked at Irunya.

"It's okay, she's with me." Matthew said, arm over her.

"She better be, or we're throwing her out." The man with a shotgun said.

"If you... Don't mind me asking... How did you find me?" Matthew asked, Irunya helping him walk as they followed the siblings. "Us?"

"We were hunting." He told them, walking in a specific direction.

"Why?"

"Because I refuse to go into a civilization that is drowned by the war and has no ideas of it. My sister and I are to live the old life, out here, like our mother wanted us to." The woodsman ordered, bringing his sister closer. "Lili and I will not be joining you once we get past your borders."

"Might I ask your name, first?" Matthew huffed out, bruises aching.

"Basch. Basch Zwingli and this is my little sister Lili." Basch nodded, getting to a house.

"Well, thank you, Basch, for rescuing Irunya and I. We would've been wandering forever and could have died easily." The prince said with a nod.

"Don't thank us quite yet."

They arrived at a small cabin, the chimney breathing out smoke through the top. This house was also made of wood, but the exterior wasn't lined in bricks. Lights were inside but they were... Small fires. The door opened and had multiple manual locks on the inside. Basch and Lili took off packs, guns and bunchy ponchos.

"Here, it's something to help your cuts." Lili sat Matthew down in a chair, Irunya in the next. She started helping Matthew, wrapping them in a soaked cloth. Basch was aiding Irunya, wiping at a scrape on her cheek.

"Where are you coming from?" Lili asked, even though her brother gave her a look begging not to ask.

"My sister's ca-castle." Irunya said as straight as she could. "My sister has gone absolutely crazy, and took Matthew. I couldn't s-sit around anymore."

"That's very brave of you." Basch smiled at her, catching a glimpse of her eyes. He flushed immediately, looking down a little bit.

Matthew caught note of this and cleared his throat loudly. "She saved my life. She's the reason we're both alive."

"So you know about the war?" Basch asked them both, now holding her hand as he pulled small wood picks from the layers of skin underneath.

"No." Matthew piped up.

"Yes." Irunya looked over at Matthew, her purple searching his blue. "I know of it. The cover up to keep it hidden away from this... Generation."

"So you both knew?"

"I've only learned yesterday." The prince hissed at a spot of peroxide touching his skin.

"S-Sorry Prince Matthew, I didn't mean-" Lili started to apologize, but he gave a comforting smile.

"It's okay. Your kindness won't be forgotten."

"You're damn right it won't." Basch went to the small kitchen, emptying the tub of splinters into the garbage can. "Because we're not doing this not just from the kindness of our hearts, but to rescue the world back to the way it was before."
