Day Three (2020 edit)

~Angelo's pov~

"Are you working with Orco? did you kill Vanno?" Nero says with his gun to my back "if I had, I'd be out of town by now," I say to him. I saw him get angry and grab me and pointed the gun to my cheek. "Bring me serpent's body," Nero said to me with tears filling in his eyes "if you don't..." "Nero!" I hear y/n yell I look at her tears also filled her eyes as she looked at Vanno's dead body an innocent girl like y/n should not be in a place like this. I thought as I looked at her.

~Time skip~

~Y/n's pov~

I saw some kids play in an alleyway have a fun time with each other, but then they left quickly I turn to see .. Fango. "well, now isn't this a coincidence?" I move back a little "hey, let's have some more fun," he said smirking at me then pinned me down to the ground I tried to get out of this but failed. "you're with Nero, right?" I didn't answer "I see, do I have to force it out of you that huh?" he said with another smirk I kicked my legs trying again to break free. then we heard a loud sound come from the building. he took me with him.

~Nero's pov~

we were in a room waiting for Fango to show up. Fango showed up with a gun to y/n's head "Serpente. You got captured, huh? that's just sad...You're Nero?" he looks at me "yeah" "I've been hoping to meet you how about we make a trade? you won't say no to that, right?" he then made us put our guns on the ground I started to walk to fango with "serpent" "we'll start them walking at the same time. go on " he says pushing y/n and she started walking to me "wait," fango says stoping both of them "hey, serpent. you've lost a little weight, and your clothes..." I just give a glare his way. "well keep going" the continue to walk, but fango pulls out his gun pointing it at the fake serpent before he got shot he kicks the gun away and pulls out a knife and cuts him only a little on the chest. Fango kicks him making him fall on the floor he then takes off the bag on his head.

"I thought I smelled something fishy about you, boy" "Nero!" I hear y/n I see her throw a gun at me, catch it she runs to me hiding behind me. We escaped we were now walking down a street y/n was in the middle of us I look back at her I see her head lowered, I also see Avilio staring at her pretty intensely I grab y/n's hand she looks up and smiles a sweet smile at me I smile back still holding her hand. I glare an Avilio 'he's the one who killed Vanno.' I thought. we are now in the car y/n in the back with Avilio we see a car coming up to us really fast, passing us then going in front of us. I look back to see y/n asleep. we stopped talking to my brother I told Avilio to watch over y/n.

"Brother, you have to leave the city as soon as possible, if anyone sees you, it won't end well" "isn't there a better way" "you won't die. isn't that enough?" "shall I join you?" "no, you stay, Barbero" "we can't run the moonshine business without you" "but we can't let him go alone" "no worries I'm just going for a quiet drive in the country" "why not take me with you? fango seems to have committed my face to memory I don't want to run into him again and I don't think y/n wants to either...Nero, he knows her face too now" Avilio says "you can drive right?" "yeah don't worry" " brother.." "he'll work" I smiled at my brother.

~At Vanno's Funeral~

I saw y/n throws a rose in his grave she looks at me with tears streaming down her face dad motions her to come to me, she was now at my side "Go back to the car without me" Avilio leaves now I was just me and y/n. I look at her was shacking as tears start to fall I hug her she then let it out she cried hard into my y/n, 'that is why I promise you y/n that I will protect you and will make sure that I will tell you that we are not even brother and sister so that we can get married and have a family I will make sure of that,' I thought as y/n and I hugged.

~Time skip~

~y/n's pov~

we were in the car now I looked out the window from the back seat I saw a rainbow God bless Vanno I hope you are happy in heaven.
