Germany focused on the paper in front of him, consuming up ink from his pen little by little.
"Are you done yet?" Monika interrogated nervously, her intention not to disturb him.
Germany sighed, "It takes time," he wrote down words.
Monika sat down on a wheeled chair and began doodling on a paper, too bored to even take her time to surf through options about what to draw. She just wanted Germany's attention. Monika spun around on the chair, making a racket.
"Can you settle down? I can't focus," Germany uttered without turning his head.
"R-right sorry," Monika silently apologized, looking downcast. She rolled back to her desk and pulled out a brand new fresh sheet of paper from a stack.
Monika wrote a small list of how to get Germany's attention.

Monika opened a drawer, hunting for a pair of scissors and a small pin. She pretended to cut a paper. The pin's role was to puncture blood out of Monika's finger.
Monika prodded her finger. "Ow!" Monika winced in actual pain as an orb of blood made its way to the surface of her finger. Germany turned around in alarm and questioned her.
"Monika? Are you alright? Let me see," Germany came over to assist her. He took her hand and examined her finger. Monika lightly blushed.
"Just a small cut...Nothing to worry," Germany walked off and brought back a small band-aid. Germany gently placed it on Monika's tiny wound, wrapping it around the finger.
"Um.. thanks," Monika looked at her finger.
"Bitte," Germany returned to his mountain of paperwork. Monika bit her lip, thinking.
Monika sighed, and turned to the list. She crumbled it into a tight ball and threw it away. Monika walked into Germany's kitchen, and opened a fridge in search for beer. She grabbed a glass, and poured the beer in until it was halfway to the top. Monika walked back into Germany's office, and set the beer on the side of him.
"Thank you, but not now," Germany shook his head. Monika took the liquor herself and drank it, trying to think of something else. It was then that she claimed a new idea.
Monika trotted off with the idea repeating in her head. Monika went in Germany's room, removed her clothing, and changed into one of Germany's uniforms that were oversized. Monika looked at herself in a mirror, turning and studying herself. Just when she was about to put on her pants, he heard Germany waiting for a response.
"Monika?" Germany called out from the office. Monika panicked, but was found too fast for her to react. She tried hiding her waist and below, but it had been too late because she was already exposed to the person standing on the entrance. "M-Monika why?" Germany flushed in red, inviting awkwardness over.
"I'll take it off, I'm so sorry! I-I'll change ba...," Monika apologized, and trailed away when Germany's calming eyes looked at hers. Germany took a step forward.
"No, keep it on," Germany grabbed her wrist, and forced Monika into a kiss. She blushed, internally yelling and panicking. Germany pushed her to the bed, and he separated their lips.
"L-ludwig?" Monika stuttered. Germany looked into her crystal blue eyes.
"Sorry," Germany stood up, "I have all attention on you, now."
Monika looked away, trying not to blush.
Germany got on top of Monika and aggressively bit her neck. Monika whimpered silently. "L-ludwig~," Monika moaned.
Germany slipped his hand underneath the uniform Monika wore. He caressed Monika's breasts, which were delicate to her body. From there, Germany had unleashed his inner pervert.
"Nh~," Monika moaned.
Germany removed his shirt off, revealing his strong muscles. Monika became bashful. Germany lowered his head to Monika's thighs. She felt his warm breath tickle her skin slightly. Germany slipped Monika's under usage off.
Monika kept trying to wake herself up from the reality. Germany kissed Monika's entrance, causing her to shiver.
Germany held himself up, his face over Monika's.

He pushed himself in gently, Monika gasped and held her breath.
Germany pulled out, then went back in slowly.
"Ah~," Monika moaned timidly.
Germany thrusted faster.
"Ludwig~!" Monika yelled out Germany's name.
Monika moaned in between Germany's strong poundings.
"Ludwig! More please~!" Monika begged, her back arching.
Germany went faster.
"Ah~ah~!" Monika moaned,"There!"
Germany pushed harder.
"Ah~ Ja~!" Monika cried.
Germany penetrated, and pulled out in time, spilling outside.
Monika took deep breaths. Germany panted, still looking down at Monika.
Germany pulled Monika into an embrace, pulling up the sheets of the bed and laying besides her.
